In our country,labor education is not only an important way to carry out the party's education policy and develop quality-oriented education,but also an indispensable part in "five education" ——morality,intelligence,body,beauty and labor.The Party and the state have always attached great importance to labor education,stressing that work is the most glorious,honorable,greatest and beautiful thing,and proposing that labor education will be included in the whole process of personnel training,and that labor education will be implemented in universities,primary and secondary schools.Junior middle school students are in the critical period of physiological and psychological development,so it is more important to carry out labor education for them.The labor education of junior middle school students can not only cultivate their correct labor concepts,but also promote them to form good labor habits,enhance labor happiness,and fundamentally understand what labor is.However,in some schools today,especially in rural areas with more labor opportunities and natural conditions to develop labor education,the development and implementation of labor education have been seriously affected by some problems.This paper investigates and studies the labor education of junior middle school students in X town.The main problems are as follows: the school does not pay enough attention to labor education;Teachers do not know enough about labor education;Family's misinterpretation of labor education;Students despise labor education and the lack of labor education resources in rural junior middle schools.Through the analysis of the above problems,the author puts forward solutions from five aspects: education department,school,teacher,family and students.Firstly,strong support from the education sector is needed.Such as make the corresponding policy documents;supervise and ensure the implementation of labor education and pay attention to resource links to rural junior middle schools.Secondly,schools should pay more attention to it.Such as the change of labor concept;formulate the curriculum management system;enrich the content of labor education and strengthen the construction of teachers.Teachers must set oneself an example to others.Such as improve teaching methods;strengthen the concept construction of labor education;carry out the theory of unity of inner knowledge and action.The family labor education should also return,including the transformation of parents' labor education concept;master the correct labor education methods.Finally,students should change their labor cognition and behavior.Such as pay more attention to labor education,change the concept of labor;pay attention to labor practices and develop labor habits and so on.
