The five "core literacy" in the "general high school history curriculum standard(2017 Edition)" is an important direction of the reform of history curriculum content and the progress of teaching methods,and it is also the basic learning ability that high school students should have.The concept of time and space,one of the five "core literacy",is the most essential embodiment of history.It requires students to observe and analyze things in a specific time and space connection,and understand historical events accurately in a specific historical framework.As an intuitive teaching aid widely used in traditional history teaching,historical map plays an extremely important role in history teaching and has the characteristics of intuition and vividness.It is not only feasible,but also has great advantages and development space,which is conducive to the positioning of time and space and the display of historical process.In this paper,through the induction and carding of the relevant literature and Research on the cultivation of historical space-time concept literacy and history learning,the organic connection and theoretical framework of the application of historical map in space-time concept literacy are summarized,which lays the theoretical foundation for the research and design of this paper.In this context,this paper takes Zhengzhou middle school as a case study,through questionnaires,indepth interviews,classroom observation and other ways,analyzes the current situation of the application of historical map in the cultivation of senior high school students' space-time concept literacy from the three levels of teaching materials,teachers and students.This paper focuses on the selection of historical maps in textbooks and the training objectives of time-space concept literacy.At the same time,it analyzes the practical problems related to the cognition of time-space concept literacy,teaching cases,application effect,demand and so on in the teaching practice of historical maps from the teachers and students' level.It is found that under the background of the new curriculum reform,it is very feasible to cultivate students' space-time concept literacy by using historical map.The application of historical map in the cultivation of students' space-time concept literacy has achieved initial results,but there are still shortcomings and limitations.In the arrangement of teaching materials,the topic arrangement weakens the historical space-time,and the volume arrangement splits the time sequence;in the aspect of students,the concept of space-time is reflected At the teacher level,it shows that the understanding of the concept of time and space needs to be deepened,the teaching concept and purpose of cultivating the concept of time and space deviate,and the practical method of cultivating the concept of time and space is limited.Finally,combined with specific teaching practice cases,this paper puts forward the feasible way to cultivate the concept of time and space literacy in high school history teaching by using historical map,accurately positioning the time and space information by using historical map,gradually grasping the changes of time and space by using historical map,and connecting or comparing historical events on the basis of historical map.Historical map carries the teaching function of infiltrating the cultivation of time and space concept literacy.In history teaching,using maps to stimulate space-time thinking can activate the historical process;using maps in simple terms can break through the key points and difficulties;using maps to summarize and summarize can sublimate the theme.Through reading and interpreting pictures,we can cultivate students' core quality of history subject imperceptibly.Under the requirements of the new curriculum standard,the cultivation of space-time concept literacy still needs a variety of ways,as well as the collaborative progress of history teachers.
