In the era of knowledge economy,industrial worker education has increasingly become an effective means to improve the comprehensive quality of industrial workers,which provides a continuous stream of high-quality industrial labor for China's economic development and industrial transformation and upgrading.The continuous innovation and development of industrial workers' education mode has provided assistance for the realization of industrial workers' education modernization in the new period.In order to implement the "reform plan for the construction of industrial workers in the new era" issued by the CPC Central Committee and the State Council in February 2017,and the "learning dream action" launched by the Ministry of education and the all China Federation of trade unions,the Guangzhou Federation of trade unions adjusted and optimized relevant policies on the basis of the original support for the improvement of workers' skills and academic qualifications,In practice,the "Guangzhou mode" of industrial workers' education with Guangzhou characteristics has gradually formed.As the first new model of industrial workers' education led by local trade unions in China,the construction and implementation of "Guangzhou model" of industrial workers' education is of great significance.This paper takes the "Guangzhou model" of industrial workers' education as the research object,through the methods of literature research and interview survey,clarifies the basic connotation of "Guangzhou model" of industrial workers' education,presents the background of "Guangzhou model" of industrial workers' education,and combs and divides the development stages of "Guangzhou model" of industrial workers' education.Combined with questionnaire survey and interview,this paper analyzes the constituent elements of "Guangzhou mode" of industrial workers' education from the perspective of pedagogy,and analyzes its implementation effect.On this basis,it analyzes the shortcomings and reasons in the operation of the mode.The "Guangzhou mode" of industrial workers' education has some problems,such as the single education audience,the combination of online and offline teaching methods is not close,the lack of understanding of industrial workers,the low self-identity of industrial workers' non-professional skills,the poor cooperation effect of various education subjects,and the inadequate implementation of education funds.The main reasons for the problems are that the education goal does not match the demand of industrial workers,the brand effect of "Guangzhou mode" of industrial workers' education has not yet played a role,the cooperation between the cooperative subjects has not reached the expectation and the supervision of cooperative education funds is not in place.Based on the above analysis,this paper puts forward some suggestions on the "Guangzhou model" of industrial workers' education.The research shows that the "Guangzhou model" of industrial workers' education should pay more attention to the improvement of the comprehensive quality and ability of industrial workers,and the cultivation of industrial workers' vocational ability should shift from vocational skills to both skills and innovation,which will also be the future development trend of industrial workers' Education.In order to keep up with this trend,it is necessary to carry out allround transformation in view of the problems existing in the constituent elements of the "Guangzhou model" of industrial workers' education,constantly increase the integration of resources of the "Guangzhou model" of industrial workers' education,select high-level education partners,absorb international high-quality education resources,and integrate with international industrial workers' education.
