Along with the economic and social development and demand, the role of senior skilled talents in the market economy is increasingly highlighted, countries pay more and more attention to the development of higher vocational education, higher vocational colleges to students for a higher expectations and requirements. But at the same time, diversified development in economy and culture, under the influence of higher vocational college students'learning purpose and motivation are constantly changing, especially for higher vocational college students learning objective is not clear, such problems as insufficient learning motivation. These problems hindered the promotion of higher vocational education quality. In order to develop and adapt to economic and social development of excellent technical talents, higher vocational colleges must guide students correctly understand the importance of learning, to inspire and cultivate the students'learning motivation. This is not only the needs of the students to grow up,but China's socialist modernization construction and realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation the needs of the "China dream". Therefore, in this context, students learning motivation in higher vocational colleges problems for further research and discussion of far-reaching significance.In this paper, we study in a vocational and technical college as an investigation object, analyzes the present situation of higher vocational college students' learning motivation, on the basis of predecessors' basis of existing research and in-depth analysis, summarized the influence factors of higher vocational college students' learning motivation, such as students personal, family, school and social factors will affect students learning motivation, must be built around these factors, which affect the students learning motivation to depth.Through system analysis, this paper holds that higher vocational colleges cultivate and stimulate students' learning motivation to create a good social environment, active play to the positive role of ideological and political education, encourage students to take the initiative to strengthen their own ability construction, set up the correct learning concept,forming education resultant force to improve the current situation of higher vocational college students learning motivation, let the students know the importance of learning, can feel pleasure in learning, and achieve good learning results.
