After the concept of core literacy was put forward,the school physical education curriculum gradually changed from various sports to core literacy.The change of curriculum structure also means the change of curriculum teaching concept and curriculum value orientation.That is to say,with the improvement of students’ motor cognition and motor ability,the course content should also be spiral to develop the core concept of the discipline.In order to meet the needs of students’ comprehensive cultivation of core literacy,it is necessary to update and innovate the current teaching,explore diversified teaching methods and construct the structured framework of course content.Applied in the process of teaching experiment of advanced teaching is learning advanced theory and hierarchical teaching and development,And according to the requirements of "general High School Physical Education and Health Curriculum Standards(2017 edition 2020 Revision)",application of the teaching method in the fitness module teaching,explore the teaching and practice,based on learning,through the new teaching methods to meet the needs of the current teaching goal,has reached the all-round development of training students core.This study using a variety of research methods(literature,expert student interview,teaching experiment method,etc.),in Ganzhou city third middle school high grade two class students as the experiment object,through 18 hours of experimental intervention,before and after the experiment and traditional teaching two teaching methods to compare the effect of cultivating students’ core literacy.The results show that: after the two groups of each index and their fitness module comprehensive performance,the two groups test results independent T sample test,in the physical level,functional sports ability,sports learning on the development of interest level have significant difference(P <0.05),and improve the students’ physical cognitive level also more effect.It is concluded that the teaching implementation based on the advanced teaching method can better improve the students’ test indicators,and improve the effect of physical learning interest,functional sports ability and physical cognition is significantly higher than the traditional teaching group.In general,the effect of advanced teaching method is better than the traditional teaching method in cultivating students’ core quality of physical education.Therefore,the physical education course based on advanced education not only helps students to understand their own learning situation,but also is convenient for teachers to master the teaching progress and evaluation,so that the physical education course is more intuitive,the teaching objectives are more clear and easier to quantify.
