In the "Chinese Curriculum Standards for Ordinary Senior High Schools"(2017edition),it is proposed that the Chinese curriculum should "cultivate students' moral quality and sound personality","cultivate students' core quality of Chinese discipline" and other concepts,and personality cultivation has once again been paid attention to.In Chinese education,the teaching of ancient biographical prose has unique advantages in cultivating the personality of middle school students.Through the study of ancient biographical prose,students can not only accumulate classical Chinese knowledge,develop pragmatic ability,improve the quality of thinking,improve the aesthetic ability;They can also talk about history,feel the good qualities of great men and learn useful life lessons from them.Pragmatic ability,thinking quality and aesthetic feeling are all important components of individual personality.Studying ancient biographical prose well is conducive to the optimization and cultivation of students' personality.In this paper the author education practice of regarding "ancient biographical prose teaching and students' personality cultivation" survey as the research basis,through the analysis of the results of the survey,found that the ancient biographical prose teaching has not highlight the unique value of its to cultivate the students' personality,there is a students' learning interest and not enough strong;The characteristics of ancient biographical prose are not highlighted in teaching.The teaching process lays stress on the problems of "instrumentality" and so on.The root of the problems in teaching and learning often lies in the teachers' "teaching".The analysis of the survey results shows that the cause of these problems lies in the lack of teachers' own quality.The teaching method of ancient biographical prose is simple;The teachers did not excavate the factors of personality education and the single teaching evaluation method in the textbook selection.In view of the above problems and the causes of the problems,this paper summarizes the personality factors in the selection and selection of ancient biographical prose in the textbook,takes the specific text as an example,and from the dimension of teachers and classroom teaching,puts forward the teaching ideas,principles and teaching optimization strategies that are conducive to the development of students' personality.There are four teaching concepts,namely "keep in mind the purpose of education: the cultivation of people";"Attention to non-intellectual factors: coordinated development";"Promoting Self-Identity: Active Construction";"Emphasizing social cultivation: active participation".There are three teaching principles,respectively: "orderly development","reasonable and moderate" and "joint efforts to promote".The teaching optimization strategy is as follows: to infect "personality" with "teacher style" and establish the consciousness of cultivating personality;Give play to students' subjectivity and pay attention to the development of students' personality;Adopt novel ways to stimulate students' interest in learning;In the teaching of ancient biographical prose,students should pay attention to the cultivation of "language".In the teaching of ancient biographical prose,students should pay attention to the cultivation of "mind aspect".Promote development by evaluation and improve evaluation method.
