Healthy personality is an important appeal for the development of the core quality of middle school students,is a necessary character for the development of students,is also an important reason for high school Chinese personality education.It is imperative to develop personality education in high school.Therefore,there is a close relationship between personality education and Chinese subject.Ancient poetry is an important part of high school Chinese discipline,inheriting the excellent traditional Chinese culture,enhancing cultural self-confidence and national pride,showing the ancient noble traditional virtues,contains rich personality education content.Therefore,the cultivation of high school students' personality in the teaching of ancient poetry and prose not only helps high school students to inherit and carry forward the excellent traditional Chinese culture,but also helps high school students to develop healthy personality.The introduction of this paper mainly includes the research background and significance,research methods,literature review at home and abroad,definition.In addition to the introduction and conclusion,it is divided into four parts.The first part is the theoretical basis and personality characteristics of high school students.Firstly,the theory supporting this paper is described.Secondly,the personality characteristics of current high school students are introduced.The second part summarizes the content of personality education in the teaching of ancient poetry and prose in high school.Personality education is divided into six parts:social responsibility,volitional quality,aesthetic taste,interpersonal relationship,attitude and innovative spirit.The third part puts forward the problems of personality education in the teaching of ancient poetry and prose in senior high school and analyzes the reasons.The existing problems are as follows: the sense of responsibility acquired by students in ancient poetry is disjointed from their behaviors,their willpower is weak,their aesthetic interest in learning ancient poetry is insufficient,they are self-centered and fail to establish harmonious interpersonal relationship,their purpose of learning ancient poetry is utilitarian,and their imagination of ancient poetry is not rich enough.Analysis of reasons are: the selection system restrict the unity of the students' responsibility consciousness and behavior development,teachers failed to combining modern teaching and practice activities,students on modern lack of emotional experience and experience,teachers lack of precept of exemplary role,heavy modern instrumental light of humanism,teachers use modern single model of lesson.The fourth part explores the implementation strategy of personality education in the teaching of ancient poetry and prose in senior high school.It can be summarized as follows: improve the quality of ancient poetry and prose of students,combine the teaching of ancient poetry and prose with practical activities,stimulate the interest of students in learning ancient poetry and prose through multiple "introduction",improve the quality of ancient poetry and prose of teachers,create a democratic classroom atmosphere,and explore a variety of class types.
