Entering the new period,the connotative development and high-quality development of higher education in China is one of the important measures to build a powerful educational country.In the report of the 19 th National Congress of the CPC,Xi Jinping indicated that it is essential to "implement the fundamental mission of cultivating people by virtue" and "cultivating newcomers of the era who will take on the responsibility of national rejuvenation." And at the 2018 National Education Conference,it was the first time to put forward: "cultivate successors to socialist builders with integrated development of five education,accelerating educational modernization,building a strong country in education,and developing education that satisfies the people." Facing the new changes and new requirements,colleges and universities have carried out the practice of "Educating Five Domains Simultaneously" education reform to implement the essential task of cultivating people by virtue and cultivate high-quality talents who adapt the needs of development in the new era.As a significant component of higher education in China,local higher education colleges must adhere to the "Educating Five Domains Simultaneously" and carry out theoretical research and practical exploration on the cultivation of high-quality applied talents.Therefore,thesis conducts a research about cultivating applied talents from the perspective of "Educating Five Domains Simultaneously",which is not only the inevitable requirement for colleges and universities to achieve high quality development,but also the inevitable choice to implement the educational policy of the Party in the new era.Thesis mainly uses three research methods: literature research method,investigation research method and comparative research method.Through literature research method,thesis masters the current research actuality of "Educating Five Domains Simultaneously",and the cultivation of applied talents in local undergraduate universities.By applying synthetically three theory,including people's all-round development theory,all-human education theory,and system science theory,thesis deeply analyzes and excavates the times connotation of "Educating Five Domains Simultaneously".Based on the connotation of "Educating Five Domains Simultaneously" and the new characteristics of applied talents,thesis analyzes and summarizes the knowledge,ability and quality structure of applied talents in local undergraduate.On this basis,thesis investigates talent training program,related documents and news report of more than 10 local undergraduate colleges and universities.Investigation results show that cultivation of talents has achieved remarkable results.But there are still some problems about cultivation of applied talents.The understanding of "Educating Five Domains Simultaneously" connotation is not sufficient.Meanwhile,the training goal of application-oriented talents is not clear.Beauty and labor curriculum system is not perfect.Teaching mode and teaching quality evaluation system is not perfect.In response to the above problems,thesis puts forward to accurately grasp the connotation of "Educating Five Domains Simultaneously",clarify the talent training objectives,integrate and optimize the curriculum system,explore diversified teaching models,and improve the teaching quality evaluation system.Simultaneously,in order to ensure the cultivation of high quality applied talents from the perspective of "Educating Five Domains Simultaneously",the corresponding measures to strengthen the guarantee construction of supporting conditions are put forward.Thesis plays an important role in guiding the training of high-quality applied talents in local undergraduate colleges and universities.At the same time,it also has certain reference and reference value for the training of applied talents in research universities and higher vocational colleges from the view of "Educating Five Domains Simultaneously ".
