The implementation of moral education is related to the promotion of talent training and the enhancement of comprehensive national strength.With the convening of the National Education Conference and the publication of Ideological and Political Course is the Key Course to Implement the Fundamental Task of Moral Education,it is the primary task of talent training in higher education to deeply implement moral education.It is found that the implementation of the basic task of moral education has achieved some results,which further promotes the development of talent training in regular institutions of higher learning in China.However,with the continuous advancement of moral education,some problems have been exposed,which have affected the further improvement of talent training in regular institutions of higher learning and the deeper implementation of moral education.Based on the theory of all-round human development,the paper adopts literature research method and case study method to study relevant concepts and profound connotations of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important discussion on moral education.The paper sorts out and analyzes the current situation of the implementation of moral education in regular institutions of higher learning.Summarizing the problems existing in the implementation of moral education in regular institutions of higher learning,the paper reveals the importance and urgency of the implementation of moral education.By referring to the advanced experience and practices of representative universities in China,this paper puts forward targeted strategies and suggestions:deeply understand the connotation of moral education and clarify the objectives of talent training;perfect education system;innovate moral education mode;strengthen the construction of high-quality teachers;innovation the teaching methods of moral education;improve students' moral quality;enrich the measures of moral education.Ensuring that the work of cultivating talents by virtue follows the law of social development and the law of talent growth in colleges and universities can improve the practical effect of moral education and the quality of talent training in regular institutions of higher learning,which meets the diversified demands of social development for high-quality talents.
