China has entered a new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics,to adapt and lead the new normal economic development,the key is the innovation of science and technology into productivity what the essential is cultivating and reserving innovative talents.Under the background of popularization of higher education,promoting the coordinated development of college personnel training mode and talent market and improving the talent quality with optimizing the distribution of the talent at a relatively low cost,not only conform to the requirements of the national strategy and the needs of the social development for talents,but also conducive to the comprehensive promotion of education resources and human resources and the transformation and upgrading of market economy.By taking our country ordinary higher college's personnel training mode and middle and high-end talent market stratification as the research object and in the direction of the coordination development of ordinary higher college's personnel training mode and middle and high-end talent market stratification,the classification,preferences and constraints of the talent training mode and the talent market are analyzed by using methods such as literature research method,theoretical analysis method,model method,With the aid of the labor market segmentation theory and game theory.Through the establishment of long-term game model,participation incentive model and participation constraint model based on preferences and constraints,we demonstrates the existence of the game equilibrium between the talent training mode and market subjects,and synergy mechanism of both sides will be able to run stably for a long time as long as there is enough interest and penalty coefficient.Finally the problems in the real game of hiddenning the information and the action and the main influence factors are analyzed: the enterprise's driving force,the college's initiative,unobstructed the communication channel and social participation which existed in the ordinary colleges and universities and the market subjects,and three synergy mechanism are constructed: select mechanism,proxy mechanism and reputation mechanism respectively correspond with the different types of personnel training mode and talent market stratification,and the related cases was used to make a brief exposition to the realizable application of three mechanisms.In order to provide the corresponding measures,such as incentive,restraint and supervision for the stable operation of the synergy mechanism,we focuse on the optimization and perfection of collaborative structure,management system,the supervision and management system,and have a whish to realize the improvement of personnel quality,the improvement of the talent market and the development of regular higher educational institutions.
