Football is the No.1 sport in the world,and it is also a sport valued by national leaders.Since the promulgation of the "overall plan for the reform and development of Chinese football" in 2015,the development of Chinese football has been closely combined with schools,and campus football has been vigorously carried out all over the country.On August28,2020,the Ministry of education and other seven departments issued the "action plan for the construction of eight systems of national youth campus football"(JTY [2020] No.5),which affirmed the achievements of China's campus football,but also put forward many problems in the development process.To solve these problems,we need the help of campus football activities.Therefore,it is urgent to build a set of scientific evaluation index system of campus football activities in primary and secondary schools and evaluate campus football scientifically and reasonably.This paper mainly takes the evaluation index of middle school football as the research object,takes CIPP evaluation mode as the theoretical guidance,combines with the latest national policy and the current situation and advanced concept of campus football at home and abroad,initially determines the index system,and then through the three rounds of Delphi method,increases the missing index,removes the useless index,and corrects the wrong index,Finally,it establishes the evaluation index system of middle school campus football activities,gives the weight value of each index by using the analytic hierarchy process,and finally uses the case analysis method to verify the scientificity and practicability of the index system.The main achievements are as follows.(1)This paper constructs the evaluation index system of middle school campus football activities with 4 first level indexes,12 second level indexes and 67 third level indexes.Focus on the process of football activities,reflect the dominant position of students,and promote the all-round development of students.(2)The comprehensive weight coefficient of this index system:(first level index)football background 0.245,football activity plan 0.193,campus activity process 0.408,football activity achievement 0.154;The second level index(football background)is 0.138 for the main body of football activity,0.107 for the environment of football activity,0.041 for the football teacher,0.063 for the students,0.026 for the objects and0.062 for the action plan of football activity(217 and 0.189 respectively Results of football activities)results of football teaching activities 0.049,results of football after-school training 0.039,results of football matches0.034,results of football between classes 0.031.(3)Through the case analysis of two football characteristic schools and two non football characteristic schools,it is verified that the evaluation index system of campus football activity in middle school constructed in thesis is practical.And we know that these two characteristic schools have good teaching staff,more systematic football training,more ideal competition results,which shows that the football activities of these two characteristic schools are well carried out;In contrast,there is a certain gap between the two schools.In a word,the problems of the four schools are mainly as follows: less per capita venues,weak teaching staff,poor football teaching quality and relatively poor football atmosphere.
