The newly revised curriculum standards in 2020 emphasize the construction of student-centered "activity-based" curriculum,attach importance to students’ acquisition and application of knowledge in practice,cultivate students’ ability to solve practical problems,and prepare students to adapt to society and enter higher education.Project teaching is a student-centered,teacher led,project-based teaching method,which aims to promote the all-round development of students and cultivate applied talents in the new era.This paper will focus on the theme of project-based teaching of high school ideological and political course.In addition to the introduction and conclusion,this paper is divided into four parts:The first part is an overview of project-based teaching.On the basis of understanding project and project-based teaching,we should grasp the meaning of project-based teaching of high school ideological and political course.Constructivism,humanism,cognitivism and other learning theories provide a theoretical basis for the application of project-based teaching from the aspects of students’ learning methods,teachers’ teaching means and the choice of teaching contents.On the basis of understanding the characteristics of project-based teaching,such as autonomy,planning,dynamic and cooperation,this paper compares the similarities and differences between project-based teaching and other teaching methods,so as to deepen the understanding of project-based teaching.The second part,the necessity and feasibility of project-based teaching of high school ideological and political course.Project based teaching plays an important role in high school ideological and political course,which can comply with the requirements of the new curriculum standard,enrich curriculum resources,play the dominant role of students,and promote the all-round development of students.At the same time,project-based teaching puts forward higher requirements for teachers’ quality,which can spur teachers to continuously improve their teaching quality.The guidance of the new curriculum standard for teaching methods,the exploration activities in the new teaching materials,and the development of multimedia network all provide preconditions and technical support for the application of project-based teaching in high school ideological and political course.The third part,optimize the strategy of project-based teaching of high school ideological and political course.Based on the research,this paper puts forward five implementation strategies,which mainly include: teachers should constantly improve their own quality from the aspects of teaching philosophy and teaching skills;make full use of the power of groups and the traction of project problems to ensure the main participation of students;based on the actual situation of students,conform to the requirements of the new curriculum,formulate scientific teaching objectives;accurately grasp the difficulty and attention of teaching content We should pay attention to the relevance of knowledge before and after,choose effective teaching content,build a perfect teaching evaluation system,and enhance the effectiveness of evaluation.The fourth part,high school ideological and political course project teaching practice lesson.The author chooses class 4 of senior one in a middle school in Tai’an City to show the implementation process of project-based teaching within the scope of new teaching materials.This paper analyzes the effectiveness of project-based teaching from the aspects of students’ interest,comprehensive quality and classroom effect,and reflects on the shortcomings of teaching.Based on the new curriculum standard,combined with the new textbook,this paper explores the implementation strategy of project-based teaching into high school ideological and political course,and carries out the project-based teaching practice under the guidance of theoretical research.Taking this course as an example,this paper carries out in-depth teaching reflection,analyzes the application value of project-based teaching in high school ideological and political course,and puts forward specific and feasible teaching design scheme,hoping to provide direct practical reference for front-line teachers of high school ideological and political course.
