Along with the high school education from examination oriented education to quality education, the new curriculum reform also actively promote students’ autonomy,cooperation, inquiry learning, to cultivate students’ ability to acquire knowledge and solve problems. Under this condition, it is necessary to advocate inquiry teaching in high school ideological and political course. High school ideological and political cooperation inquiry teaching in full respect for the students’ subject status and developing students’ autonomous learning ability, through between teachers and students and students interaction、cooperation、and explore, give full play to the student’s main body function, to mobilize students’ initiative, enthusiasm, and finally to the classroom to become autonomous and cooperative、 interactive exploration、 high quality classroom、 students fully and comprehensive development laid the good foundation. The practical significance of this study lies in by exploring teaching development 、 mobilize the enthusiasm of students learning、the cultivation of students’ autonomous learning、cooperative learning ability, to analyze and solve problems, improve the students’ quality.Based on the above understanding, this paper first defines the connotation,characteristics and the necessity of the implementation of inquiry based teaching method.Secondly,the exploration of the high school thought political lesson teaching application in the teachers and students relations dislocation, students exploring a mere formality, the quality of teachers is not high, diversified evaluation system has not really set up problem was pointed out. Once again, the research on the specific strategies of the high school politics teaching is studied. This paper presents ideological and political course inquiry teaching development should follow the subjectivity, motivation and interactive teaching principles and carry out ideological and political education in high school inquiry teaching must grasp the scene setting、 ask questions, inquiry and cooperation to show results learning evaluation and reflection in order to provide reference for the peer teaching and research to practice five links,which is the focus of this paper. Finally, this paper discusses the ideological and political inquiry teaching should pay attention to the problem.How to carry out the inquiry learning of high school thought in this new way, it is worth our in-depth study.
