Today's education is showing a trend of diversification and modernization.As an organic and mutually complementary parts,family and school play their own respective roles.In order to achieve the best effectiveness,the two sides need to influence and interact with each other.The traditional single and closed concept of education has been gradually replaced by the new concept of education.As an education model at present,combining family education and school education has become more popular.However,there is a large number of urban and rural areas have been produced in the process of urbanization in our country.Due to the complex family backgrounds in this kind of area,it is difficult for a single common education to effectively achieve the purpose of parent education.Therefore,it is of great significance to design a classified education scheme for the parents through the classified investigation and analysis of the parent education in urban-rural fringe.Which can not only improve the quality of parent education,but also enhance the effectiveness of family education in urban-rural fringe.Based on a questionnaire survey on the parents of D school in Mudan District,Heze City,we can comprehensively know the parent education wishes and demands of the four types of parents,including local rural parents,local urban parents,non-local rural parents,and non-local urban parents.The results show that some achievements have been made in the current parent education of urban-rural fringe schools,but there is a lack of pertinence in the time,content and forms of parent education,which can not meet the respective needs of the four types of parents.The root cause is that the existing parent education design pays too much attention to the overall situation,while relatively neglecting the different needs of different types of parents.In view of this,the future parent education in urban-rural fringe schools should adopt a classified model.Specifically speaking,first of all,for the local rural parents,we should avoid the busy farming period.In parent education,we should pay attention to guidance and correct their wrong habits by using the parent-child activities.Only in this way can we drive local rural parents to improve their relationship.Secondly,for the local urban parents,we can carry out fragmented parent education by using expert lectures,family education consultation,case study and network interaction on holidays and school parents' reception days.And then for the foreign rural parents,family education consultation can be carried out on non working days or when parents are free.On the other hand,the confusion of family education can be solved by means of network interaction.Finally,for the foreign urban parents,parent education can be increased by means of network,multimedia and expert lectures on holidays and working days.In order to improve their family education knowledge system,we can also carry out a series of parent education.
