For a long time,in the stage of compulsory education in our country,the issue of teachers' education punishment has been controversial in the educational academic circles,and it is also the cause of frequent contradictions in Teachers' teaching practice.With the release of the "rules of educational punishment for primary and secondary school teachers(Draft)",educational punishment has once again become the focus of social attention.The document clearly stipulates that in order to implement the fundamental task of moral education,primary and secondary school teachers should perform the duties of educating and managing students,and have the right to punish students.As soon as the document was issued,it was immediately supported and responded by the majority of educators.In December 2020,the disciplinary rules for primary and secondary education(Trial Implementation)will be officially issued and will be implemented in March 2021.Schools in all cities are actively formulating educational disciplinary norms and rules in line with the local reality.So,far away from the public's view,how do the rural primary school teachers understand the education punishment,whether they receive the latest information of education punishment,and what are the specific problems?These are the problems that this paper tries to investigate and study.Based on the understanding and understanding of the relevant policy documents of education and punishment,this paper takes the teachers of four rural primary schools in Y town of J City as the survey objects,investigates and analyzes the dimensions of the understanding of education and punishment,the choice of education and punishment methods,the consideration of education and punishment implementation procedures,the effect of education and punishment,and the degree of cooperation between rural schools and parents The problems of educational punishment for teachers are as follows: rural primary school teachers lack a correct and comprehensive understanding of the concept of educational punishment,single way of educational punishment,misuse of corporal punishment,confusion of educational punishment selection strategy,poor effect of educational punishment,low cooperation of rural parents with educational punishment,lack of leadership,support and supervision of educational punishment.Through the analysis of the causes of the above-mentioned rural elementary school teachers' educational discipline issues,on the basis of clarifying the value of educational disciplines,the improvement measures for rural primary school teachers' educational disciplines are proposed: First,teachers should pay attention to the leading role of educational concepts and clarify the value pursuit of educational disciplines Establish the noumenal goal focusing on the healthy development of students' physical and mental health,strive to achieve the basic goal of maintaining a healthy education and teaching order,and be clearly committed to the ultimate goal of achieving students' "good and upward";second,teachers should enhance their self-development awareness and focus on accumulation Educational discipline related theories.From consolidating the theoretical foundation of education,correctly understanding education punishment and complying with reasonable education punishment rules,enrich the spiritual world of teachers;third,it is recommended that teachers commit themselves to improving the practical ability of education punishment and enhancing the scientific nature of punishment behavior.Teachers can clarify the educational discipline procedures,avoid random punishments,grasp the degree of educational discipline,and reflect in a timely manner;fourth,teachers should give full play to teacher leadership and actively participate in the formulation of educational discipline regulations and rules;finally,in order to eliminate parents' misunderstandings,Teachers should avoid passing on the responsibility of education discipline,and actively build communication channels with parents.
