This essay is based on a sample of Liyang primary school English teachers in the rural area and the overall quality of professional conduct investigation and analysis. It points out some problems that existed at this stage, such as: low profession, weak teaching and uneven distribution and so on.This situation has hampered to a considerable extent on the effectiveness of primary school students learning English, but also makes access to primary school students in rural areas and large cities like primary education opportunities for primary school English curriculums can not be fully and effectively implemented. To achieve the reform from basic educational curriculum to English curriculum of primary school and the equality which called by modern education, the work of improve the primary school English teachers in the rural area admits of no delay.From the view of an educational trainer and an administrator, this essay analyzes the historical reasons which causes the situation of primary school English teachers and some intensive elements which affect it, such as: primary school English teachers and English curriculums with the lack of synchronization, teachers and personnel system constraints, related training ineffective rural schools sponsoring short of funds, rural school-based teaching and research, it is hard to rural English teachers in their own professional development, such as higher demand is not.Response to these factors, this paper put forward the suitable way of training primary school English teachers—carry forward the teaching and research in area, and improve the teaching standard of primary school English teachers. The specific measures advised as follow: 1. Build professional guiding team and broaden professional guiding ways 2. Carry out professional pertinent training 3. Organize effective routine activities 4. Preface the training of the school 5. Carry out the joint teaching activities of schools 6. Attempt the international teaching actively.
