Class culture is an important part of school culture.Class culture construction is an activity that every school and every teacher must carry out.Good class culture can lead students to live and study healthily and positively.It can also improve the efficiency of class management,promoting the formation of advanced class.Middle school period is an important part of the compulsory education chain.It is not only the best time for students' individual study,but also the golden period of students' ability development.Grade One is the initial stage of junior high school life.It is the transition and adaption period from elementary school to junior high school.It's also the key period of conducting ideological and behavior habit formation education for students.Class cultural construction in Grade One can make students adapt to the new learning and living environment as soon as possible.It can set up the reference model for the students.Through participating in the class cultural construction,students can gradually correct their learning attitude,and cultivate good study and thinking habits,which will lay the foundation for the following junior high school life.The research is based on the summary of domestic and foreign class culture and class cultural construction in elementary school,junior high school,senior high school,etc.It is based on the researcher's own practical exploration,taking a class of Z junior high school in Zibo as an example and using the action research paradigm.The case research and narrative research methods are supplemented in the analysis and discussion to explore an effective approach of class culture construction in the Grade One of junior high school.As a head teacher of Grade One,the author is both a researcher,an experienced person and a participant.Through the narration of personal participating experience,the researcher mainly examines and analyzes the process of class cultural construction from three aspects: material environment,behavior standard and spiritual concepts.By summarizing the case,the paper reflects on the class cultural construction and the action research of the head teacher,and finally puts forward conclusions and recommendations for reference.Conclusions are as following: The features of students' physical and mental development must be taken into account.The construction of class culture is a process of continuous optimization and improvement and it must be conducted in the activities.Students are the principal part in the construction,and the teachers should establish a long-term evaluation mechanism to promoting the selfdevelopment of the students.The recommendations are as following: The construction of class culture needs the cooperation of students,teachers and parents.The teachers should pay attention to the harmonious construction of material environment,behavior standard and spiritual concept culture.The training of head teachers should be strengthened.Schools should establish and improve the relevant evaluation mechanism to stimulate the enthusiasm and creativity of teachers.
