In 2012,the report of the Eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward that "to establish morality as the fundamental task of education".In order to better achieve this fundamental task,the Chinese education community has put forward the "key Competencies of Chinese Students Development" under the background of the key competencies research carried out by countries all over the world,and used this as an important breakthrough to continue to promote education reform in depth.This makes key competencies a key element in the development of various disciplines.With the promulgation and implementation of the "General High School History Curriculum Standards(2017 Edition)",the key competencies of history as an important content of the high school history curriculum goals includes five major elements: "Material Materialism,Concepts of Time and Space,Empirical Historical Data,Historical Explanation,and Family and Country Feelings".On the one hand,it embodies the educational value of history.In this context,the importance of designing high school history classroom teaching goals based on key competencies has become increasingly prominent.The key competencies of history discipline is the inheritance and development of the "three-dimensional goal",and the goal of high school history classroom teaching is the concretization of the key competencies of history discipline.Under the guidance of key competencies,the original problems in the design of high school history classroom teaching goals have not been completely resolved,but many new problems have arisen,such as confusion of writing styles,blurring of goals and so on.Teachers should follow the basic principles of target design when formulating teaching goals,and carry out scientific design,such as insisting on the unity of integrity and comprehensiveness,and the unity of operability and detectability.On this basis,teachers should master the general steps in the design of historical classroom teaching objectives,such as accurately interpreting the curriculum standards and grasping the overall direction of teaching;carefully studying the teaching materials and integrating teaching content;carefully considering the academic conditions and focusing on students;effectively integrating the objectives.Precise goal statement.At the same time,teachers should pay attention to promoting teaching through evaluation,and gradually improve the design of teaching objectives.And on the premise of improving all aspects of their own literacy,the goal of history classroom teaching has been deepened.In order to avoid problems in the design of teaching objectives,teachers should consciously pay attention to the effective connection of middle and high school history teaching,pay attention to the organic combination of the“predetermination”and“generation”of the goal,and give consideration to the relationship between“change”and“unchanged” reasonable grasp.
