General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out that “innovation is the first driving force for development.To grasp innovation is to grasp development,and to seek innovation is to seek the future." In order to deepen the reform of education,accelerate the modernization of education,and enter the rank of education powers,Chinese educators are actively exploring innovative practices in the field of education.The STEAM education concept is of great significance to the development of national innovative talents.At present,the current situation of high school information technology teaching is still not optimistic.The phenomenon of paying more attention to teaching knowledge and skills is still serious,and there is a lack of education in students' scientific spirit,innovative spirit,and the use of interdisciplinary thinking to solve practical problems.Moreover,the fragmentation of teaching content is not conducive to the systematic learning of students.The combination of topic-based teaching and STEAM education philosophy provides ideas for solving the above problems.Based on the study of relevant domestic and foreign documents,constructivist learning theory,contextual learning theory,and multiple intelligence theory,this research combines the current high school information technology course teaching status,existing problems and student needs,and formulates.The topic-based teaching design of high school information technology under the STEAM concept,doing teaching experiment and effect analysis about it.The topic-based teaching design of high school information technology under the STEAM concept in this research have five aspects.First,the front-end analysis is carried out from the learners,teaching content and teaching objectives combined with the STEAM education concept.Secondly,it formulates teaching strategies combining the analysis of the teaching environment.Thirdly,based on the relevant theoretical foundation and Professor Li Kedong's STEM education interdisciplinary learning activity 5EX design model,the high school information technology topic-based teaching activity under the STEAM concept is designed.And then the topic-based teaching of this research is evaluated and reviewed from the aspects of diversification of evaluation objects,enrichment of evaluation content and diversification of evaluation methods.Next,take the production of the "Four Treasures of Study" as an example to explain the teaching implementation process in detail,and its teaching implementation effects range from collaboration ability,problem-solving ability,creativity,and students' high school information technology courses' emotional attitudes,and the mastery of course content.Investigations and interviews were conducted on the situation and other aspects.Through research,it is found that the topic-based teaching of high school information technology under the STEAM education concept has improved students' collaboration ability,problem-solving ability,creativity and increased students' interest in learning,promoted students' mastery of teaching content.Students' STEAM education The topic-based teaching of information technology in high school under the concept has a positive attitude.
