STEAM education is an educational concept that integrates any two or more subjects in science,technology,engineering,art and mathematics,and uses heuristic teaching methods based on situations or problems,so as to better cultivate students' innovative and practical abilities and enable them to adapt to the rapid development of social life.Many foreign schools have offered related courses,but few domestic schools have involved in such courses,especially in the high school stage.In view of this situation,this study focuses on exploring the teaching of high school information technology curriculum based on STEAM education concept In this study,the main application of literature research,investigation,case law and other research methods.By using the method of literature research and combining with the information technology curriculum standard of senior high school,this paper analyses the value of STEAM education concept applied in information technology teaching of senior high school.Through interviews and questionnaires,the learning status of senior high school students under the traditional educational concept and the current situation of teachers' understanding and application of STEAM education are understood.Through consulting the literature,analyzing and comparing,the teaching mode of information technology course in senior high school based on STEM educational concept is determined,and the key points of each module in the teaching mode are discussed in detail.After investigation and analysis,the chapter "Text and Form Information Processing" in "Information Technology Basis",a compulsory course of information technology in senior high school,is selected as a case study for teaching design.The content of the design mainly includes the establishment of teacher research community,teaching analysis of students,analysis of teaching materials,design of Task-based inquiry learning and other links.On this basis,we can make progress.Practice teaching and explore the effect of teaching based on STEM educational concept.Through the analysis of the effect of practical teaching,it is found that information technology in senior high school based on STEM educational concept effectively promotes teaching,can ensure that students complete the basic learning objectives of the teaching unit,at the same time,learn knowledge of other courses,and promote the comprehensive development of students;can enhance students'interest in learning,improve students' classroom participation and learning efficiency;The development of students' innovative and practical abilities has been promoted.
