The moral experience education in primary and secondary schools in Japan focuses on cultivating students' moral practice ability in society and life.After decades of educational practice,the educational goal of moral experience education in primary and secondary schools in Japan is clear,the curriculum is more reasonable,and the forms of education are more diverse and rich.Studying the practical experience and law of moral experience education in primary and secondary schools in Japan has strong practical and theoretical significance for enriching and expanding the ideas,contents and methods of moral education in primary and secondary schools in China.Moral experience education means that the educatee can form personal moral consciousness and ideological quality through reflection experience and experience internalization in moral practice activities,strengthen moral cognition and produce moral concept through moral practice activities.Form a fulfilling moral act.Japanese moral experience education is based on John Dewey's theory of "doing middle school ",Kurt Lewin's theory of " group dynamics " and Piaget's theory of cognitive development.According to the characteristics of Japanese social development and the development characteristics of primary and middle school students,moral experience education is constantly improved.Japan's moral experience education aims at cultivating the survival ability of primary and middle school students,deepening the moral value and life style consciousness of primary and middle school students,and cultivate the moral practice ability of primary and middle school students;to cultivate themselves,treat people and correct view of nature as the content of education;to receive education by leading students to participate in natural and labor production experience activities,social services,professional experience and cultural and artistic experience;to evaluate students' performance through self-evaluation,mutual evaluation,parents and related personnel.Japanese moral experience education keeps pace with the development of the times.Japanese moral experience education promotes the development of Japanese primary and secondary school education,promotes the harmonious and stable development of Japanese society,and improves the moral practice ability of Japanese primary and middle school students.However,there are some problems such as lack of flexibility in moral experience education,inadequate assessment and evaluation methods,and insufficient professional training and study of teachers.In order for our country to improve the moral experience education better,combine the concrete situation of our country,optimize the educational environment through the clear guidance of the country,the orderly organization of school teachers and the active cooperation of family society;enrich the content of moral experience education by refining the content of moral experience education,increasing the content of students' subjective moral experience education and perfecting the practical content of moral experience education;innovate the way of education by combining situational and role setting,hardship and frustration education,example demonstration education and students' self-reflection expression;Through the establishment of reasonable evaluation criteria,update evaluation methods,improve the scientific nature of the evaluation subject to improve the assessment link.
