| In November 2016,11 departments including the Ministry of Education jointly issued the “Opinions on promoting study travel in primary and secondary schools” and proposed to carry out study travel in China.In the beginning of the event,due to lack of experience,China’s study travel practice has encountered some difficulties.Learning from the mature experience of foreign study tour can make China’s study travel less detours.Because Japanese cultural background and educational background are similar to those of China,and Japan has a long history of study tour and a perfect organizational model.Therefore,the author will focus on Japanese study tour,and provide experience and enlightenment for China’s study travel by combing the development history of Japanese study tour and summarizing the organizational model of contemporary Japanese study tour.Then,by exploring the roots of the development of Japanese study tour,we can understand the social and cultural life of Japan from a cultural perspective,and discover the reasons for the uniqueness of the Japanese study tour.Finally,the study will summarize the educational implications of the Japanese study tour and prove the educational value of the activity of study tour.The study found:Japanese study tour has undergone a long history of development,sprouting in the early Meiji period,stagnating with the collapse of Japanese school education during World War II,and recovering with the revival of Japanese education after the war.Then,with the correct guiding concept and the support of relevant organizations,it will be gradually improved and kept up with the times.In this process,Japanese study tour has created a wealth of experience,formed a benign development network of government leaders – public welfare corporations – school implementation – social support.And a variety of activity types have been set up around the concept of promoting student personality development.The unique natural geographical environment,as well as religion and culture,have shaped the positive enterprising spirit and the physical and spiritual temperament of the Japanese national character,which indirectly promoted the enthusiasm for Japanese study tour;and the modern educational thoughts of Japan during the Meiji period to the Second World War directly promoted the development of Japanese study tours.The Japanese study tour,which is shaped by these factors,reflects the educational significance of returning to the true nature of education and focusing on direct experience,which is conducive to the individual growth of students.From the development experience of Japanese study tour,we can find that the correct educational values that focus on the overall development and individual values of students are the prerequisites for the broad support of Japanese study tours.And the perfect organizational system and meticulous implementation rules are the important guarantee for the smooth development.In the long history of development,adapting to the times and social changes,and joining the new educational content with the times is an important magic weapon for the long-term prosperity of Japanese study tour.All of these inspire us:First of all,we must always adhere to the correct value orientation of people-centeredness,balance education and experience in the design of study tour courses,and make study tour truly an important position for practicing and educating people and promoting quality education;Secondly,establishing a comprehensive management organization system,and doing a good job in scientific management at the macro level of institutional settings and policies,funds,and talent support.At the same time,we must pay close attention to safety issues,proceed from the details of organizing study tour,and make safety plans to ensure the safety of the study tour;Finally,with the rich educational and cultural resources of our country,we will open up a vast world of study tour,let students know China’s great rivers and mountains in the process of study tour,appreciate China’s long history and culture,and develop individuality in practice.Then strengthening cultural self-confidence and bearing the mission of the times. |
