The goal of educating people in the new era is to establish morality and cultivate people who build socialism and successors.We are required to update the previous management mode constantly.The traditional class management mode restricts the students' independent ability,and puts the students in the main position and fully respects the students.For quality education,students' independent development has been given a high degree of attention.Students should pay attention to self-awareness,education constraints and effective cultivation of growth,ensure the realization of the goal of self-development,and then adapt to the rapid development of society.Through the comprehensive development of students' comprehensive ability,it can not only promote the improvement of management level,but also improve the students' self-management ability effectively,promote the development of students,and achieve the win-win goals accurately.This paper is mainly about the investigation of the status quo of senior high school students' class autonomy management,mainly combining with d high school in Wangqing County,Jilin Province,to deeply understand and master the problems existing in the current situation of class independent management of senior high school students,and find out the strategies of class independent management.In order to make a better analysis of the current situation,the research object of this paper is454 students in D high school in Wangqing County.The questionnaire survey and interview method are used to investigate the relevant research objects.The questionnaire survey was conducted to students,from four dimensions: class self-management objectives,class independent management content,class independent management approach and class independent management evaluation.And through interviews with the class teachers,students,parents and school leaders to understand their more real ideas.According to the investigation,the following conclusions are drawn:The first level.The goal of class independent management of D high school students in Wangqing County has shown strong unscientific and imperfect,and it does not create a broad democratic atmosphere.Students' recognition of class system is low,and the initiative and enthusiasm of class cadres' coordination degree have not been high.The way of students participating in class independent management is very single,and the evaluation of class autonomy management is formalized.The second level,students do not have a deep understanding of the advantages and characteristics of self-management and deep connotation,which is the key reason for the problems in class independent management.The senior middle school class teacher lacks the management idea and management ability of class independent management,and does not learn the advanced management idea in time.Parents did not realize that students' self-reliance daily life ability is an important role for students' growth.The third level,the class teacher's understanding of class autonomy management needs to be improved.Parents do not attach importance to the cultivation of students' family education autonomy ability,and lack the premise of carrying out class independent management.According to the problems existing in class self-management,the corresponding suggestions are as follows:1.strengthen the training of the class teacher,improve the class management ability of the class teacher,and innovate the management concept of the class teacher.In the class independent management,the students' main position is reflected.2.strive to improve the awareness and participation of senior high school students in class independent management.3.improve the class management mechanism,enrich the management content of students,and pay attention to effectively improve the efficiency of class management.4.to change the traditional family education concept and put higher attention on the cultivation of high school students' self-management ability is a significant improvement of the self-management literacy of senior high school students in their daily life.
