Research On The Current Situation And Optimization Of Physical Education Curriculum Resources In Senior Middle Schools In Yin Chuan

Physical education curriculum resources are the premise and guarantee for the smooth development of school physical education curriculum.Although the research on the status quo and optimization of physical education curriculum resources is not a new topic,it still has certain practical significance according to the actual situation in different regions.In this paper,using the method of documentary,expert interview,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics method,field survey method of yinchuan 12 of 12 high school sports group leader,59 teachers,590 students in physical education curriculum resources of related research,in order to find out the existing yinchuan high school curriculum resources shortage,Suggestions for optimization,and meet the needs of the development of physical health of students.The findings are as follows:(1)yinchuan high school Some school teachers are generally older;Fewer female teachers;There is a serious shortage of highly educated teachers.(2)Students have a good understanding of the importance of physical exercise and participate in physical education courses;In Yinchuan,high school students are fond of and good at basketball,badminton and track and field.(3)Relevant personnel and education departments need to improve the level of physical education curriculum construction.(4)The sports facilities resources of 12 senior high schools basically meet the teaching requirements of the schools,but there is still a lack of indoor sports venues and special sports venues for ethnic minorities.(5)Curriculum content resources need to continue to develop,the school physical education curriculum content is mainly from textbooks,the depth of curriculum content is relatively shallow;At present,there are only two middle schools offering minority sports courses in Yinchuan City.(6)The way of extra-curricular activities is relatively traditional and single.(7)There are many obstacles to carrying out physical activities by using natural geographical resources;Cross-country running and orienteering are the most feasible sports that can be carried out by using the geographical resources around the school.(8)The way for teachers and students to acquire physical education knowledge needs to be further expanded;And some students don't pay much attention to such information.Based on the survey results,the following recommendations are made:(1)Improve the allocation of teacher resources and strengthen teacher training and communication between regions.(2)Strengthen the cultivation of students' physical education and health awareness,and enhance the physical education and health awareness of students and their parents.(3)It is suggested that education authorities strengthen the introduction and implementation of policies related to physical education curriculum resources.(4)Construction of ethnic and emerging sports related equipment and venues,and open relevant courses,highlighting the characteristics of ethnic areas.(5)On the premise of ensuring the safety of students,outdoor activities can be carried out by using the natural and geographical resources available around the school.(6)Provide a wide range of information resources access channels for teachers and students,and teachers can carry out knowledge and information exchange meetings regularly;Strengthen the systematization of students' physical education theory knowledge explanation.
