The ideological and political course of high school is a key course for implementing the fundamental task of cultivating morality and cultivating people.The "Standards for Ideological and Political Curriculum in General High Schools"(revised in 2017 edition in 2020)points out that it is necessary to build an activity-oriented subject curriculum led by cultivating the core literacy of ideological and political disciplines.As the first link of teaching design,teaching objectives are the compass of teaching practice activities.The design of teaching objectives cultivated by teachers based on the core literacy of subjects is conducive to building activity-oriented subject courses,implementing the fundamental task of cultivating virtue and cultivating people,accelerating the modernization of national education,building an educational power,and running an education satisfactory to the people.Based on the theory of teaching objectives and full investigation and research,this paper discusses the problems and causes in the design of high school ideological and political teaching goals based on the cultivation of core literacy of subjects,and proposes optimization strategies to provide reference for teachers to design teaching objectives and help the implementation of core competencies of subjects.The full text consists of three parts: introduction,main text and conclusion,and the main text content is as follows:The first part is a theoretical overview of the teaching objectives of high school ideological and political courses based on the cultivation of core literacy of subjects.This part mainly expounds the relevant concepts and theoretical foundations of teaching goal design,and its important role in the cultivation of core competencies of the subject.In the second part,the design of teaching objectives of high school ideological and political courses is investigated and studied through questionnaire surveys and classroom observation activities.The survey found that teachers had problems such as formalism,broad content,random expression,and poor effect in the design of teaching objectives,and the reasons were analyzed from several aspects: design awareness,theoretical literacy,normative expression,and reflective evaluation.The third part is the principles,processes and countermeasures for the design of high school teaching objectives based on the cultivation of core competencies of subjects.According to the survey and analysis,the existing problems in the design of teaching objectives of high school ideological and political courses based on the cultivation of core literacy of disciplines are proposed to teachers to strengthen design awareness,improve theoretical literacy,standardize expression forms,and strengthen design reflection.In the fourth part,based on the cultivation of core competencies of subjects,two boxes of content in the unified edition of high school ideological and political textbooks are selected for teaching goal design and reflection.Taking the second box of the sixth lesson of compulsory unit 3 and 2 "The System of Regional Ethnic Autonomy" and the second box of the seventh lesson of compulsory unit 4 and 3 "Correct Understanding of Chinese Traditional Culture" as examples,the teaching objectives were designed.
