The Curriculum Standards for Geography in Senior High Schools(2017 Edition)proposes to implement the core quality of geography,pay attention to the cultivation of students' independent,cooperative and exploratory learning methods,and select the content of geography courses to meet the needs of different students' own development.As a teaching method,stratified teaching can effectively promote the individualized development of students and meet the development needs of students with different potentials.Therefore,based on the core accomplishment of geography,how to carry out stratified teaching has become a hot topic of teaching reform research.Firstly,through literature analysis,the meaning of stratified teaching is summarized as follows: Layered teaching is a kind of teaching method,teacher according to student achievement,geographical advantages,classroom performance,learning attitude and learning persistence comprehensive factors such as students will be divided into three levels,in the whole teaching for different levels of students,set up different levels of target,adopt corresponding teaching methods,in each teaching link to meet the demand of the development of individual students as much as possible.In the aspect of students' stratification,it is reasonable to take full account of students' academic performance,basic knowledge level,intellectual factors and non-intellectual factors,and divide students into three levels recessive in the class.It is reasonable to look at students from the perspective of development and adjust the levels of individual students according to their learning state.Secondly,the questionnaire survey method is adopted to investigate the status quo of stratified teaching of some students and geography teachers in Nanning City.The results of the questionnaire survey are analyzed to summarize the status quo of stratified teaching and analyze the main problems.It is found that there are still some problems in stratified teaching.For example,students' initiative in class is not strong.The potential of students is not fully developed;Geography teachers highly recognize the effectiveness of hierarchical teaching,and most of them want to practice in teaching,but due to lack of experience and limited ability,it is difficult to plan teaching programs.The traditional teaching idea has not been completely changed and is difficult to be carried out stably.Finally,through case study method and action research method,the general method of layered teaching case design to cultivate students' core literacy of geography is discussed,and the layered teaching case is designed from three aspects of lesson preparation,class and homework.Based on the layered teaching principles of subjectivity,dynamism,concealment and motivation,the general ideas of layered teaching case design are as follows: sorting out teaching contents and selecting teaching materials close to students' life experience;Fully consider the learning situation,carefully preset hierarchical learning objectives;Design specific hierarchical teaching process;Reasonable arrangement of stratified homework exercises;The hierarchical evaluation method combining process evaluation with outcome evaluation was adopted.
