In the context of Chinese education reform,labor education,as an important part of primary and secondary education,cannot be ignored.Some laborer image in Chinese textbooks compiled by Ministry of Education bear the mark of the development of the times,directly or indirectly permeate the requirements of labor education.It's an important way for students to receive the spirit of labor.How to understand the laborer image in the new era comprehensively and objectively,and how to use the laborer image in the textbooks to do a good job of teaching Chinese has become a problem that teachers need to think and solve.This thesis investigates the current teaching situation of the laborer image teaching in middle school through questionnaires and interviews,analyzes the reasons,and proposes the realization path.The thesis is mainly divided into the following four parts:The first part is to sort out the research background and current research status of labor education and laborer image,and on this basis,clarify the purpose and significance of this research.The second part is to clarify the concept and classification of the laborer image,and then complete the diachronic analysis of the changes in the laborer image in middle school Chinese textbooks,summarizing the laborer image from the May Fourth Movement to the 21st century.Later,enumerate the typical laborer image in the textbooks compiled by the Ministry,Finally,summarize the characteristics of the scope,genre,vision,shaping methods and attitude of the selected editions of the laborer image,then deduce its teaching value.The third part is to design a survey questionnaire and interview outline for the image teaching of laborers in middle school,then issue questionnaires,conduct interviews and analyze the teaching status.It is found that teachers agree with labor education but do not understand clearly its connotation and characteristics.Some problems such as lack of aesthetic value,lack of method integration of labor resources and comprehensive literacy and a slight lack of scientific evaluation mechanism also deserve attention.Subsequently,based on the analyzing reasons,we put forward possible factors such as the social cognitive limitation of labor,insufficient guidance of Chinese aesthetics,the drawbacks of traditional teaching methods and the lack of students' perception of labor beauty.The fourth part,based on the teaching status and reason analysis,combined with literature and case studies,is to propose the corresponding realization path.First,give full play to the effectiveness of social propaganda and other methods to strengthen society's understanding of new concepts of labor education,and strengthen teachers'understanding of the characteristics of labor education in the new era.Second,focus on the use of language and the details of the laborer image,focus on the aesthetic characteristics of the image and get a comprehensive understanding of the image.Third,innovate teaching methods by creating characteristic real situations,broadening class boundaries and innovating evaluation mechanisms,link image appreciation with reading and writing teaching.Fourth,explore laborer image resources,improve students'aesthetic appreciation ability.
