Labor education is an important part of the five education system in the new era.Cultivating students' labor quality is the core direction of labor education in the new era,and it is also a key project to cultivate students' core quality.At present,the phenomenon that senior high school students do not pay attention to labor and are not good at labor is more common.At the same time,the cultivation of labor quality in high school biology teaching also has a tendency to be diluted and weakened to some extent.And attention should be paid more attention,the high school biology teaching is still a lack of high effectiveness,high maneuverability of labor literacy cultivation method of teaching strategy research and guidance,even for there still exists certain disputes,labor accomplishment connotation explanation for high school students cultivation and analyzing the present situation and causes of labor quality labor combined with high school biology teaching exploration are shortcomings.In this paper,various methods such as literature method,questionnaire method,content analysis method and case analysis method are used to analyze the connotation dimension of labor literacy,analyze the current situation and causes of problems of labor literacy cultivation of senior high school students and teachers in teaching.On this basis,this paper tries to construct the overall framework of teaching strategies for cultivating students' labor quality in high school biology teaching,and to explore and implement the strategies for cultivating students' labor element in high school biology teaching.The main findings are as follows:(1)Reconstructed the connotation dimension of labor accomplishment,and formed a content system including four first-level dimensions including labor concept,labor ability,labor experience and labor spirit and 17 second-level dimensions below.(2)the status quo survey showed that high school students of labor quality on the four dimensions are weaker,high school biology teachers in labor literacy cultivation of cognition,emotion and behavior situation is not optimistic,analyzed the influence of student literacy cultivation culture and education,the school attaches great importance to,teaching contents,teaching design,teaching evaluation,teachers' qualities and so on seven big factors.(3)The strategic framework of cultivating students' labor literacy in high school biology teaching is constructed,including grasping teaching principles,optimizing teaching objectives,digging teaching contents,improving teaching methods and perfecting teaching evaluation.(4)Summarize the teaching materials and resources for cultivating labor literacy in high school biology teaching:mainly including experimental exploration,model making,history of science,social service and investigation practice,and life service;Three methods of cultivating labor quality in high school biology teaching are put forward:experiential teaching method,STEAM project teaching method and topic dialogue teaching method,and teaching design cases are provided for reference.The evaluation system of labor quality has been improved:the evaluation scale of labor quality of middle school students based on high school biology teaching and the three-dimensional evaluation model of labor quality based on education monitoring technology have been established.The research results can provide some reference for teachers in high school biology teaching and how to develop the cultivation of labor quality.
