Along with deepening of reform and opening up and socialist modernization,China's economy by leaps and bounds,people's living standards greatly improved,vocational education has become more and more get the attention of the people,is the national secondary class school students about more than two thousand,ten thousand people,sports and health course is a required course of secondary vocational students,in such a major premise,secondary vocational students should accord with the characteristics of secondary vocational students' physical education.The application of experiential teaching in physical education and health curriculum has many advantages.From another perspective,physical education and health curriculum is an experiential course.Secondary vocational students have their own characteristics.with the development of The Times,although the material life is more and more rich,but their ability to overcome difficulties is in decline,in the teaching goals of sports and health courses,emotional attitude and values of the goal is difficult to achieve.Experiential teaching sets different situations,students learn physical knowledge and skills in the experience,improve the enthusiasm of students in physical education learning,and the teaching effect of physical education and health courses will also be improved.This research adopts the literature material law,questionnaire method,experimental method and mathematical statistics,to experience type teaching in secondary vocational school physical education curriculum as the research object.the application in changzhou institute of metallurgy technician of two parallel classes as experimental object,through in secondary vocational school physical education and health course using the experience type teaching experiment data,further analyzing the data of teaching experiment testing the use of experiential teaching effect,make the secondary vocational school can meet the demand of secondary vocational students' sports and health course,real benefit each PE and health course of secondary vocational students.Through this experimental study,the following conclusions are drawn:1.Experiential teaching has a certain promotion effect on the physical quality of experimental class students,which is mainly manifested in the improvement of students'strength quality and flexibility quality.It is better than traditional physical education teaching method in improving students' strength quality and flexibility quality.2.Compared with traditional physical education teaching methods,experiential teaching has advantages in improving students' exercise attitude and effectively improving students' exercise enthusiasm,which is mainly manifested in the improvement of behavior attitude,behavior habit and behavior intention.3.Compared with traditional physical education teaching methods,experiential teaching has obvious advantages in improving students' social adaptability,and is more conducive to the improvement of students' abilities in dealing with peer relations,self-management skills,learning skills,obedience skills,and willingness expression skills.4.Experiential teaching is superior to traditional physical education teaching methods in improving students' physical education skills and is more conducive to students' learning of physical education skills.
