Classroom questioning is an important part of Morality and rule of law teaching in junior middle school,and it is also one of the necessary teaching skills for teachers.Combined with the physical and mental characteristics on the development students and the characteristics of the Morality and the rule of law curriculum at junior middle school,we do our best to cultivate students' independent thinking ability and problem consciousness.And also we try best to build an efficient lesson of Morality and the rule of law.This paper has examined this issue,found out the existing problems,and also analyzed the reasons,finally put forward the corresponding solution strategies.This paper includes introduction,text and conclusion.The introduction is about the reasons and significances,status,innovation points and methods of this research.The body part of the paper has three parts.The first part introduces some related theories of the classroom questions in Morality and the rule of law at junior middle school,explains the "classroom questions","Morality and the rule of law curriculum"and other related concepts.According to different classification standards,classroom questioning is divided into different types;Classroom questions need to follow the rules including Ideological principle,living principle,the principle of interactivity,the principle of hierarchy and the principle of openness.The significances of improving the asking ability at Morality and rule of law class to students,teachers and curriculum construction.At the second part,according to the results of questionnaire and the field interview,I summarized the present situation of the Morality and the rule of law classroom questioning,points out that there are some good results in the number and type of questions;It also points out that there are some problems such as lacking of careful design,the questions is unclear and lacking of In-depth questions.This paper analyzes the causes of the problems from the aspects of exam-oriented education concept,teachers' ability and students' attention.The third part,combined with the specific examples,I propose some solution strategies to solve the problems.We can change the concept of exam-oriented,improve the ability of teachers,change the way of learning students,strengthen the classroom questions and research and other aspects.The conclusion part makes a summary of the research of this paper.At the same time,it puts forward to the related research of the Morality and rule of law classroom questioning at the Junior middle school.Classroom questioning is one of the important factors to create an efficient classroom.Combined with the characteristics of junior middle school students' age,it is not only helpful for students to understand the subject knowledge,but also can guide students to form the spirit of being willing to learn,diligent in thinking,dare to ask questions and dare to criticize.At the same time,classroom questioning is also an important standard to evaluate the professional level of teachers.When to ask questions,to ask questions that can stimulate students' interest,from which angle to ask,and how to give feedback to students' answers,all these reflect the teaching level of teachers.After this study,It has great significance to guide the future education and teaching practice.
