New textbook Morality and Rule of Law was put into formal use throughout the country in the autumn of 2016.Although the textbook Morality and Rule of Law for Junior High School is greatly different from that in previous version in terms of contents and logics,etc.,"there are still many defects in the textbook such as subject-based feature,single structure,and behind the demands of the time".Currently,it is widely believed in the academic circle that the fixed textbook shall combine with other teaching materials to optimize the teaching effect."The problems in confirmation and selection of deeply-researched contents are beneficial to breaking down the dilemma,namely the deficiency of education effectiveness".Currently,there are many researches on Morality and Rule of Law for Junior High School,such as the research on the textbook or various teaching methods and teaching modes;while there are few researches on teachers selecting teaching materials,and systematic narration is rare in most articles with weak operability and effectiveness.The selection strategy of teaching materials about Morality and Rule of Law is mainly researched in this paper.Firstly,the concept of teaching materials about Morality and Rule of Law is defined to expound its type and features,and the importance of teaching material selection is proposed from the perspectives of education and teaching,goal of moral education,teachers and students.Then,own teaching experience and a series of classroom observations are combined to analyze and summarize that the teaching materials selected by teachers are not scientific,inconsistent with the teaching objectives,teaching contents and the actual conditions of students,and the teaching materials present the single and complex trends in form and purpose.Finally,the relevant theory and excellent teaching cases are combined to propose that the teaching materials shall comply with five principles,namely the scientificity,adaptation,openness,practice and vitality,and provide four thoughts and specific methods:teaching objectives and teaching contents are deeply analyzed to specify the key competence of subject,material characteristics and levels are mastered correctly to match with students' cognition,development of the times is mastered skillfully to highlight the local features,and scene creation is fully considered to create good classroom atmosphere.
