With the in-depth development of education reform and the implementation of quality education,China has issued a lot of guidance documents about career education.Career education has been put on the agenda one after another.Schools at all levels,such as middle school,secondary vocational school,higher vocational school and college,have gradually begun to offer career planning guidance courses or carry out career-related activities.In recent years,under the new model,high school students are faced with a difficult choice in the face of the more independent and selective "3+1+2"subject selection model.High school students need to have a good understanding of university,university major and future career,and then choose subjects according to their own interests,abilities and future development.Therefore,the importance of career education has been paid more and more attention by schools,teachers,parents and students.All these indicate that it is necessary to carry out career education in high school,and high school students have a strong demand for career education.In addition,the Outline of Vocational Guidance for Ordinary Middle Schools(Trial)clearly points out that vocational career education for middle school students can not only offer vocational guidance courses,but also combine them with the teaching of various subjects.Among them,high school ideological and political lesson and career education in teaching objectives,teaching content,teaching function,student development and so on have a lot in common.This course focuses on cultivating students' political identity,scientific spirit,awareness of the rule of law and core quality of public participation,so as to cultivate students' necessary character and key ability to adapt to future life.Career education is just the way to cultivate the essential character and key ability of students' career and life development,which can serve the teaching objectives of this course and provide effective help for the implementation of the teaching effects of the course.So the first part of this paper explores the correlation between career education and high school ideological and political lessons.The second part takes the students and teachers of Hubei Tianmen Middle School as the objects of investigation,and based on the questionnaire data and interview details,analyzes the current situation of high school students' professional literacy,and analyzes the achievements and problems of integrating career education into this course.And in view of the causes of the above situation is deeply analyzed,such as teachers'understanding of career education is not comprehensive,theoretical research is not deep enough,practice exploration is not enough and so on.Finally,taking teachers as the main object,this paper puts forward to enhance the consciousness,improve the ability of career education integration;Combing textbooks to discover the integration point of career education;Seize the opportunity to highlight the path of career education integration;Expand horizons,enrich career education into resources;Continuously improve,expand the career education into the method of suggestions.
