Education is the foundation of a century-long plan.Teachers are the foundation of education.In January 2018,"about comprehensive opinions to deepening reform of the ranks of teachers under a new era" was issued by the central committee of the communist party of China and the State Council,which explicitly pointed out that we should invigorate the teacher education,construct high quality professional teachers,strive to improve primary and secondary school teachers' professional ability,build the platform of university teacher development,organize training activities,carry out teaching guidance and promote teaching reform and innovation.One of the effective ways to achieve this goal is to strengthen the building of learning communities represented by famous teachers' studios,establish and improve the mentoring mechanism between new and old teachers,and develop comprehensive training of improving the teaching and research ability of primary and secondary school teachers.Under the background of this policy,the establishment of famous teachers' studios across the country has set off a wave of enthusiasm,and schools with certain comprehensive strength and famous teachers' resources in various regions have followed suit.However,most of the existing studies are case reviews on the operation mode and typical activities of renowned teachers'studios.After the establishment of renowned teachers' studios,there has been no specific research about specific and effective measures of the improvement of the teaching and research ability of young teachers.The innovation of this study lies in that this research used renowned high school teacher studio,which is located in Baiyin,Gansu Province,as the main research object,and integrate some literature methods,such as questionnaire survey method,interview method,and case study method.At the same time,this research also explored how renowned teacher studio's various teaching and researching activities influence the teaching ability development of young teachers.What' more,a set of complete,effective and operable operating specifications for school-level famous teacher workshops are summarized in this paper.This research mainly have the following three conclusions:first,in the activities of the school-level renowned teacher studio,the group class view and teaching activities organized regularly,students participating in all types of high-quality class competition activities,listening to the domestic first-line teacher lectures online,these three activities is the most influencing factors conducive to the development of young teachers teaching ability.Second,the effective operation of the school-level teacher studio has a positive role in promoting the development of young teachers' teaching and research ability.Specifically,famous teachers have good projects in the subject research for young teachers to assist in the investigation and research,and cultivate their innovative ability of educational research.Besides,famous teachers have good examples for young teachers to imitate and learn in the competition of high-quality courses,which have strengthened the core quality of subject teaching.The famous teacher has the typical deeds and the example strength for the young teachers to understand and feel,and set up the excellent model of the teacher's ethics.Thirdly,with the advantages of the learning,teaching and research community,the school-level famous teacher's studio has built a unified interactive platform for the professional development of young chemistry teachers,which can be summarized into three aspects,namely,platform to share resource,to exchange knowledge and to teach continuous innovation.The unified interactive platform really promotes the communication between the studios and the young chemistry teachers,as well as the mutual learning and progress of the young chemistry teachers,and finally realizes the rapid growth of the young chemistry teachers.Finally,according to the problems exposed in the operation of university-level famous teacher workshops,such as low participation and enthusiasm of students,few achievements in high-level training and high-quality teaching,evaluation of workload and quantitative reward of students and so on,this paper puts forward specific suggestions and solutions for the some schools that have already carried out renowned teacher studios.
