With China's economic development,the concept of education has also changed.The carrier of school is class.As the foundation of school management,the importance of class management can not be ignored.The quality of class management affects every student's physical and mental health,academic achievements and the formation of conduct.Therefore,class management is very important for school education and national education.Because of their own factors,such as young age and immature mind,the lower-grade students are in a critical period of developing good behavior habits and will quality,so we should pay more attention to the class self-management of the lower-grade primary school students.Combined with the investigation and interview on the corresponding questionnaires of the lower grade students,parents and teachers in Wuhan H Primary School,starting from the practical significance of class self-management,this paper analyzes the existing problems,understands the influencing factors,deeply explores the effective strategies of implementing self-management in the lower grade primary school classes,and guides the students to apply them to the actual study life step by step,so as to gradually develop themselves into healthy,independent and complete individuals.This paper is divided into the following four parts:The first part is introduction.The author gives a conceptual definition and interpretation of the lower grades of primary schools,self-management and its strategies,which provides the basic theoretical basis for this study,and expounds the background and significance of class self-management from three aspects:core literacy,quality education and class status.At the same time,the relevant research data at home and abroad are collected and sorted out,and the proposed innovations of this study are put forward,and the research objectives,ideas,contents and methods are expounded and analyzed.The second part,the investigation of the present situation of self-management in the lower grades of primary schools.The author used questionnaire survey and interview method,conducted questionnaire survey on the students and parents in the class,interviewed the junior class teacher and the students in the class,and mastered the empirical data.The third part is about the problems and causes of the junior class self-management in primary school.From the four aspects of class organization construction,routine management,teaching management and self-management,this paper puts forward the problems existing in the implementation of class management in the lower grades of primary schools,from the teacher factor,the student factor,the parent factor analysis causes the question the formation reason.The fourth part,the effective strategies of self-management of lower primary school classes.Starting from arousing students' awareness of class self-management,the system of class self-management is established,so as to cultivate class self-management ability,improve class autonomous management literacy,and implement the evaluation of class self-management in five aspects to implement class self-management in lower primary schools.
