Schools are the main land toattain the goal of education, class and school education teaching, the basic organization is thecradle of students grow up. Whether the class management work is good or bad, directlyaffects the completion of education tasks of school and achieve its goals of education.Junior class management is the foundation of class management, it does not justdetermines the growth of the class, but also determines the development of students.Low-grade students are with great curious. They like to go to school like, but are not ready tobe used with the requirements from the school’s various regulation systems and academicrequirements. Therefore, in the management of low-grade classes, the teacher shall focus onthe training to the students to cultivate variety of behavioral habits, so as to form a good classatmosphere. Good classes atmosphere plays a vital role in training the students’ intelligence,ability and personality, prompting them to physical and mental health. This is the importantmission that low-grade teachers are shouldering.Through questionnaires, interviews and other auxiliary methods, the low-gradesclassroom management issues have been identified, the causes from the aspects of teacher,students and school management have been analyzed, and the strategies from differentperspective to solve the problem of classroom management strategies have been developed.These measurements will prompt the lower primary class management becoming moreefficient and effective. |
