With the continuous pursuit of a better life,people pay more and more attention to education,especially the desire for quality education is particularly prominent.However,the objective reality is that quality schools are so scarce.The existence of a large number of weak schools in rural areas has seriously restricted the overall development of basic education in China,affected the overall improvement of population quality,also seriously affected the quality and color of rural revitalization,and even became a social problem affecting fairness and justice.How to improve rural weak schools has become an important subject for educational administrators and related experts.This study takes S junior high school as the representative of rural weak school,and finds that S junior high school has many difficulties before improvement,mainly in poor quality of students and backward concept of parents;Lack of backbone teachers,lack of professional guidance;poor team execution,management,poor school conditions,backward teaching facilities.The main reasons for these problems are poor students'foundation,habit formation to be strengthened,backward teachers' concept,limited teachers' professional development,lagging team building,system construction,insufficient hardware investment,Lack of factors in campus culture construction,etc.S the improvement process of junior high school from weak to development,focusing on optimizing internal management and carrying out radical reform,a relatively perfect education and teaching management system has been preliminarily formed.Starting from the students,by grasping the students' behavior habits and learning habits,the students' main role has been awakened;starting from the teachers,by grasping the teaching links,carrying out teaching and research activities,promoting the professional backbone of teachers at all levels and promoting the professional development of teachers;starting from the management team,by strengthening the construction of cadres,perfecting the rules and regulations,improving the executive power of administrative cadres.After improvement,the students' accomplishment of S junior high school is obviously improved,the quality of teachers is obviously improved,the level of running a school is obviously improved,and the conditions of running a school are obviously improved.To be sure,there are still some problems in S junior high school,but S the improvement path from weakness to development,it has a strong enlightening and reference for the vast number of rural weak schools.That is to let the routine often rise,let the teacher special,let the team strong,let life live,not "wait to rely on ",from the optimization of internal management.
