With the release of the Ministry of Education's Opinions on Promoting Study-study Travel in Primary and Middle Schools and the National Tourism Administration's Service Specification for Study-study Travel,Study-study travel has attracted more and more attention from the education and tourism circles,and has also been formally incorporated into school education and teaching plans,becoming an important way to promote the reform of basic education in China.Provinces and provinces actively responded to the call,and various primary and secondary school research and study travel was widely carried out.In reality,there are many problems,such as:study travel is carried out at random,lack of industry norms;The responsibilities and positioning of research instructors are not clear,there is no entry threshold,and the professional level is not high.This paper holds that research instructors are the key guarantee for the effect of research travel activities,and the establishment of a professional team of research instructors is the top priority for the current development of research travel.In contemporary research and study travel,there are various types of research and study activities,which put forward different competency requirements for research and study instructors.Clarifying the competency characteristics of research and study instructors under specific research and study types is conducive to promoting the professional standardization and specialization of research and study instructors.This article is divided into the following contents.The first part of the relevant concept definition and research were reviewed,including the definition,the research both at home and abroad,and studies the current situation of the development of travel abroad travel forms of historical development and contemporary studies on comb,provides the reference for studies traveling development in our country,as well as to clarify the connotation,characteristics and types of studies travel division clear direction.The second part makes a theoretical analysis of research and study travel,including the nature,value orientation and characteristics of research and study activities.The third part classifies the research activities.According to the form of research activities,research activities are divided into nature travel,general knowledge,experiential learning,sports development and service learning,which lays a foundation for the discussion of instructor competence under specific types in the following paper.The fourth part studies mentor duties and clearly positioning,through compared with other studies traveling personnel roles,combing studies teacher in studies travel to assume responsibility,clear research study mentor is research learning journey education service provider,is responsible for research learning activity design or implementation,is clear about the research orientation of professional teachers in learning activities.The fifth part is the research instructor's competence under the specific type.Based on the classification of research instructor,the work content of research instructor in research activities under the specific type is clarified through text analysis and field investigation,and the required competence is deduced after describing the acceptable minimum standard.
