at the present stage,students' curiosity for textbook knowledge is slowly declining.The traditional “one size fits all” teaching model is no longer suitable for today's classroom teaching.How to stimulate students' interest and embody the student's dominant position in the classroom has become the focus of teaching.The new round of curriculum reform emphasizes the importance of physical exercise teaching,and also advocates that teachers must dare to break the tradition and be bold in innovation.Based on this,this paper constructs a junior high school physics exercises class teaching model of "autonomy-cooperation-play-review-comment".This model mainly integrates the thoughts and concepts of cooperative learning into the teaching of the exercises,and achieves the goal of students' active learning,easy learning and happy learning through fully embodying students' status in classes.We know that new courses such as physical concept classes and physics experiment classes have different roots in our physical exercise teaching classes.Both of them have different teaching strategies and teaching modes.At present,cooperative learning has been integrated into new classes,especially in experimental classes.However,there is little research on cooperative learning in exercise teaching classes.Therefore,this paper takes physical exercise teaching classes in junior middle school as the research object.Firstly,it summarizes and analyzes the research status of cooperative learning and exercises teaching at home and abroad through the literature research method,and expounds related theories of practice research: learning effect pyramid theory,social construction.Theory,recent development zone theory,subjective education theory and group dynamic theory.Secondly,it designs a reasonable student questionnaire and a teacher questionnaire,and analyzes the results.Based on this,the construction of the model,the teaching procedures of the model,and the teaching strategies were discussed.Next,select the experimental class and the control class to conduct a practical study for one semester.After the practice,the data of the experimental class and the control class are analyzed,and the physical performance of the experimental class is significantly improved compared with that of the control class.This practice study is effective to a certain extent.It is helpful to improve students' physical performance and stimulate their physical interest.It has certain reference and guidance for front-line teachers.
