In the education field,teachers are indispensable and important resources.Especially in the nine-year compulsory education,young teachers in primary and secondary schools are the main driving force and the primary resource.Based on practical experience,it can be found that young teachers in primary and secondary schools play an irreplaceable role in improving the quality of our population,training talents,economic development and cultural heritage.However,in the survey,it was found that the loss of young teachers in primary and secondary schools in my country is serious,which not only has a negative impact on the construction of the teaching team and the maintenance of school teaching order,but also is not conducive to the improvement of the quality of compulsory education and the balanced development of education in my country.Compulsory education in City D shoulders the important mission of "breaking the poverty trap".The core quality of compulsory education and the development of children in D City are closely related to the stability of the local elementary and middle school young teachers.The unbalanced flow of young teachers in elementary and middle schools on the one hand hinders the physical and mental development of children,on the other hand,it hinders the fairness of compulsory education.achieve.Based on this,this article takes the problem of the loss of young teachers in primary and secondary schools in D city as an example.According to the research idea of "discovering problems-analyzing problems-solving problems",it uses literature research method,survey method and interview method to interview young teachers in primary and secondary schools in D city.Investigate the causes of the loss,and combine the actual situation to find a feasible path on how to resolve this problem.While restraining the loss of young teachers,it provides indispensable talent support for the continuous and deepening of compulsory education activities in D City.The study found that the main reasons for the loss of young teachers in primary and secondary schools in D city are the low basic salary and welfare income of young teachers in primary and secondary schools in D city,the single promotion channel for young teachers in primary and secondary schools,the lack of training opportunities,and the lack of a management system for young teachers in primary and secondary schools.Democracy,poor communication mechanism among young teachers,uneven professional identity,high professional expectations,excessive psychological burden,and high pressure to purchase RVs.Specifically,improving the welfare benefits of young teachers in primary and secondary schools in City D,improving the promotion and development system for young teachers in primary and secondary schools in City D,strengthening the construction of the school management system,and improving teacher professional satisfaction will help to integrate the loss of young teachers in primary and secondary schools in City D.deal with.
