At present,the turnover rate of the young teacher of china's private college has been fairly high.Young teachers turnover is a serious problem hinder the development of private college.Therefore,it has the profound practical significance to do the research about the variables of turnover intention.On the basis of turnover theory,this paper analyses the current and characters.Then get the source from the survey of peizheng college,the object of study.According to the statistical figures with software package SPSS.13,it sum up the turnover intention main six factors:working conditions,salaries and welfare,career development,working compatibility, relationship and life.Generally speaking,when young teacher have intention to leave,they don't resign immediately.For this reason,the paper probes into the factors affecting their turnover behavior.The result shows that organizational support factors,individual factors and the external environment factors.In view of this conclusion,private college should design plans of employer turnover to help young teachers.
