With the intraduction of the Outline of the National Education Reform and Development Plan,the development of basic education and seen as an important part of developing the team of primary and secondary school teachers,so,the teachers' professional development is bound to the construction of primary and secondary school teachers.However,over the years,teachers' enthusiasm and satisfaction with their work have become less and less high,and the problem of teachers' inability to stay has become more and more serious.Therefore,the most important thing is how to keep teachers,improving teachers' professional development,building a steady team of teachers.Affected by various elements,teachers will have intermittent job burnout and other problems in the process of professional development.So,the most serious thing is how to keep teachers,improving teachers' professional development,building a steady team of teachers.Using the methods of literature,questionnaire,interview and survey,using the self-compiled questionnaire on the current situation of teachers' professional development incentive in private primary and secondary schools and the outline of interview on the current situation of teachers' professional development incentive in private primary and secondary schools,using the SPSS22.0 statistical software,the teachers of three private primary and secondary schools in H city were selected as the object to investigate the current situation of their professional development incentive,and the collected questionnaire data were statistically analyzed,plus the interview supplement in the whole process,in oder to understand the current status of teachers' professional development incentive,and for analyzing the reasons which are affecting the present situation of teachers' professional development incentive.Based on this,the author puts forward that the incentive measures for the professional development of young teachers in private primary and secondary schools must set up three aspects: macro,meso and micro.Specific countermeasures included:Improve teachers' salary level,perfect performance appraisal system,create harmonious "home" teacher relationship,respect teachers and give teachers freedom of management,develop teachers' personal career planning and group career planning scientifically,strengthen teachers' organizational culture construction,attach importance to group performance and optimize group management,teachers' professional title evaluation is more fair,and teachers' promotion platform is more diversified.
