Analysis And Countermeasures Of Track And Field Team Development In Harbin High School Sports Base

The sports basic school was established under the background of the combination of sports and education.Its predecessor was the sports experimental school established in Heilongjiang Province in 1990,and it was renamed as sports basic school in 1998.The original intention of the establishment of the sports base school is to build a echelon of sports talents transportation,establish a perfect sports talent transportation system from primary school to middle school to university,and cultivate the athletes with sports talent and specialty on the premise of ensuring the academic achievements of cultural courses.However,in fact,the talent training mode of sports base school is out of line with the actual needs,and the number of excellent athletes delivered to the provincial team and national team is very small;the sports level of athletes is not high.From the policy point of view,the Ministry of education and the State Administration of sport issued the guiding opinions on strengthening the training of reserve talents for competitive sports in 2017,and then in the 13 th meeting of the central comprehensive Deepening Reform Commission in 2020,the meeting deliberated and adopted the opinions on deepening the integration of sports and education and promoting the healthy development of teenagers.These policies in the macro level of sports reserve personnel training direction.Through the investigation on the current situation of track and field teams in Harbin high school sports base school,this paper comprehensively understands and grasps the development status of Harbin high school sports base school,summarizes the problems existing in the development of track and field team in Harbin high school sports base school,and provides theoretical reference for the future development of Harbin high school sports base school.Sports basic school is the unique name of Heilongjiang Province.In other areas,there are model high schools,traditional sports schools,star amateur sports schools and other forms.The essence of these schools is to train athletes with sports expertise and certain cultural quality,provide sports reserve talents for the country,provincial and municipal sports teams and universities,and play a role in enriching campus sports culture.Among the 257 sports basic schools in Heilongjiang Province,the number of schools in Harbin is the largest,reaching 74.This paper selects 19 coaches and 302 athletes of track and field teams in 19 high schools of Harbin.By using the methods of literature review,interview,questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics,this paper studies the status of track and field teams in high school of Harbin sports basic school.The research is mainly divided into four parts,which are the basic situation of the basic school,the track and field coaches of the basic school,the track and field athletes of the basic school,and the management of the sports team of the basic school.From the survey results,Harbin sports base school distribution is balanced,some schools track and field venues are not standard,funding sources are single,the amount of funds is small,track and field special development is not balanced.The coaches of basic school are mainly part-time physical education teachers.The structure of age,education background and professional title is reasonable,and the gender structure is unbalanced.Coaches participate in training less times,weak scientific research ability,athlete selection is not scientific enough,innovation ability is general.Athletes mainly pass the examination of professional courses and cultural courses.The age range is mainly 16-18 years old.The proportion of male athletes is higher than that of female athletes.Among the 302 athletes surveyed,3 are national first-class athletes,142 are national second-class athletes,and 157 have no sports grade.The athletes' special distribution is not balanced,the results of cultural courses are in the middle and high level,there is a contradiction between learning and training,athletes' training motivation is mainly to enter the ideal university,parents are optimistic about the athletes' participation in training.The management mode of track and field team in high school of basic school takes coaches as the main manager to manage the thoughts,training and aspects of athletes.The cultural courses of athletes are mainly managed by the head teacher.Based on the above problems,this paper puts forward countermeasures from the government level,school level,coach level and athlete level respectively:(1)strengthen the policy update to promote the formation of a good policy environment;(2)strengthen inter school communication with schools as a unit,increase inter school events and promote the Marketization of competitions;(3)improve the structure of basic school financing and increase funds(4)improve the entry threshold and professional level of coaches,introduce full-time
