The advent of the "Internet +" era has caused huge changes in all industries.The concept of "Internet +" has risen to the national strategy of China in 2015.In developed countries and economically developed regions of our country,it has begun to deepen exploring the unlimited potential of the Internet in reshaping education,the `` Education Informatization 2.0 Action Plan '' issued by the Ministry of Education in 2018 states that by 2022,teaching applications should be basically implemented to cover all teachers,learning applications will be used to cover all school-age students,and digital campus construction Covering all schools.Schools with weak information technology in economically underdeveloped areas need to take advantage of this opportunity,turn challenges into opportunities,and let the advantages of openness and sharing of the Internet make up for external factors such as economics,geography,and teachers.The impact of teaching,thereby improving the quality of teaching and promoting the balanced development of education.Starting from this background,this paper combs the education reform and related research conducted in the Internet background at domestic and overseas,the study of how junior high school students at domestic and overseas use the Internet for online learning,and the correlation between the urban-rural gap in China's basic education informatization.Curriculum research,learning theories,understanding domestic and foreign cases,and based on this,a junior high school located in the urban-rural junction--J Campus of MY No.2 Middle School taught by the author,which uses the Internet to conduct online learning as a case study.Survey.I hope that through this survey,I will understand the current situation of junior high schools in urban and rural areas using network resources to carry out teaching activities,find out the existing problems and dilemmas,and clarify the reasons,and find out the corresponding countermeasures.Practical help for online learning in secondary schools.This study mainly uses questionnaires to group students from case schools into grades,and randomly select 20 students from each grade,and compare them with students from the headquarters of MY No.2 Middle School located in the city center.Which online teaching activities,as well as the situation of students using the Internet to learn on their own.Secondly,interview methods were used to interview teachers to understand the current status of online teaching in multiple ways.At the same time,the author made in-depth classroom and extra-curricular activities to observe,starting from the Chinese subject and recording truthfully.The application mode and current status of network resources in Chinese teaching,summarize the positive results and existing problems of case schools using online education resources for online learning,analyze attributions,and find solutions.There is a gap in the level of economic development between urban and rural areas and between schools.Schools located in the rural-urban fringe area have relatively scarce educational resources.However,with the development of the Internet,more and more educational resources and online learning platforms appear,which will break learning.Limitation of resources in space,the same world,the same network,the Internet has broken the boundaries of time and space,relying on the Internet,can make teaching activities more inclusive,open,flexible,fast and diverse,and students in the urban-rural junction can also access High-quality teaching resources and advanced learning methods improve the learning ability and alleviate the shortage of teachers and inadequate parental guidance in backward areas,which is of great significance to promoting educational equity.The author believes that through such a targeted and in-depth study of the teaching frontline,it is possible to find out specific problems in the use of the Internet by junior high schools in the rural-urban fringe area,which can help the teachers of the school develop and improve information literacy and improve teaching practices.Understanding the confusion of students in using online learning will help them to adapt to the situation,teach students according to their aptitude,use the openness of the Internet to develop students' potential,and narrow the gap between urban and rural areas.It also has certain enlightenment to the educational information reform of similar schools.
