"Secretarial Practice" is the core course of the secretarial major in secondary vocational schools.The main goal of this course is to cultivate students’ ability to handle daily office affairs,including the ability to handle documents,meetings and affairs."Secretarial Practice" is relatively comprehensive.In the current teaching,teachers mostly use the method of first theoretical lectures and then practical operations to carry out teaching.This research investigates the status quo of the classroom teaching of "Secretarial Practice" and finds that the current classroom tasks are limited to teaching materials,teachers’ classroom assistants are absent,students’ learning enthusiasm is not fully mobilized,and students’ learning cannot be effective and efficient.In response to this situation,this research attempts to apply the guided essay teaching method to the classroom teaching of "Secretarial Practice" in order to solve the existing problems and improve the current situation of classroom teaching.This research adopts literature research method,observation method,questionnaire survey method,interview method and action research method to carry out research.First of all,using the literature research method,focusing on combing the domestic and foreign related literature of the guiding essay teaching method,and extracting the theoretical basis for the guiding significance of this article.Secondly,through classroom observations,questionnaire surveys and interviews,to investigate the current situation of the classroom teaching of "Secretary Practice" in secondary vocational schools,summarize the current problems in the classroom and analyze the causes of the problems.Then,on the basis of analyzing the characteristics of the guided essay pedagogy,based on the talent training goals,course objectives and current teaching analysis,the necessity of the guided essay pedagogy in the classroom teaching of "Secretary Practice" in secondary vocational schools is analyzed,and according to the characteristics of the teaching method,the current The objective conditions of the teaching are analyzed to analyze the feasibility of the application of the guided essay teaching method in the classroom teaching of "Secretary Practice" in secondary vocational schools.Subsequently,based on the introduction of the application process of the guided text teaching method,in view of the problems found in the current situation investigation,combined with the characteristics of the application of the teaching method,the improvement countermeasures for the application of the guided text teaching method in the classroom teaching of "Secretarial Practice" are proposed for further development.Lay the foundation for teaching practice.Finally,the action research method is adopted to carry out the teaching practice of the guiding essay teaching method in the classroom teaching of "secretary practice" in secondary vocational schools.And through classroom observations during teaching practice,questionnaire surveys and interviews after teaching practice,to investigate the teaching effect of the application of guided essay teaching method in the classroom teaching of "Secretarial Practice" in secondary vocational schools.Combining with the difficulties or problems in the application process Put forward suggestions for improvement on your own application experience.The research results show that the guided text teaching method is suitable for the classroom teaching of "Secretary Practice" in secondary vocational secretaries,and can achieve good teaching results.After the course,the students said that the teacher’s guidance provided them with a lot of help;the students were more comfortable in learning knowledge and skills and improved their independent learning ability;learning interest and learning enthusiasm increased,and classroom participation was better than before.In general,the application of the guided text teaching method to the classroom teaching of "Secretarial Practice" can solve some problems in the original classroom and improve the classroom teaching effect.
