The Chinese Curriculum Standard for Compulsory Education(2011 Edition)advocates autonomous,cooperative and inquiry learning methods.Cooperative learning,as a new teaching method,has been applied to the teaching of classical Chinese in junior high schools.It is helpful to cultivate students' inquiry ability and stimulate students' interest in learning.It is the most important and successful teaching reform in recent decades.This paper mainly takes the cooperative learning of classical Chinese in junior high school as the research object,and through a systematic and in-depth comparative analysis of the teaching effect of cooperative learning of classical Chinese in a middle school in Urumqi,puts forward some original views and ideas.By comparing the new and old curriculum standards of Chinese teaching,it is pointed out that the teaching objectives of classical Chinese in junior high schools focus on reading aloud and appreciation,and pay more attention to students' ability of autonomous cooperative learning and inquiry.Through questionnaires and personal interviews with a middle school in Urumqi,it is found that the teachers' teaching objectives are inaccurate,the teaching methods are inflexible and the students' learning methods have a very important impact on the teaching effect.Through classroom teaching,after-class interviews and case analysis,it is found that from the perspective of students,students' interest in learning should be stimulated,students' cooperative awareness should be improved,and from the perspective of teachers,teachers' professional qualities should be cultivated,and teachers' real leading role should be played.This paper points out the problems that should be paid attention to in the cooperative learning of classical Chinese in junior high schools and the areas that should be improved.Cooperative learning,as a new teaching theory and strategy,is conducive to the cultivation of students' independent inquiry ability and the enhancement of students' self-confidence through the assistance of group students,so as to stimulate students' learning enthusiasm and improve classroom efficiency.This paper takes the classical Chinese teaching in a middle school as the researchsubject.On the one hand,it starts from the teaching practice of classical Chinese in a middle school to explore its advantages and disadvantages;on the other hand,it hopes to make new research contributions to the application of cooperative learning in classical Chinese teaching.
