The new curriculum reform embodies the guiding ideology of taking students as the main body and paying attention to the all-round development of students.Among them,the encouragement and guidance of teachers are particularly critical,which reflects the value orientation of "human-oriented development" achieved by teachers and students in a harmonious classroom environment.The purpose of this study is to improve the effectiveness of chemistry classroom teaching in the third year of high school,set up the chemistry review teaching situation in the third year of high school,guide the students to participate actively,stimulate students' learning motivation,improve learning efficiency,develop students' self-disciplined learning habits,and cultivate students' self-management ability.The result of the questionnaire shows that the students in our school are weak in chemistry.In addition,there is a certain difficulty gradient in chemistry knowledge triviality and college entrance examination chemistry.Facing the current situation of tight time,heavy task and low level of students,it is unrealistic to blindly fight for time and training.Through teachers' constant exploration,adjustment,action and reflection,the strategies of classroom teaching management in senior three chemistry are obtained,including effective mobilization strategy,hierarchical management strategy,self-management strategy and physical and mental adjustment strategy.The students can not only grow cognitive ability and develop metacognitive ability in preparing for the chemistry college entrance examination,but also promote the students to become grown-ups and useful people.Facing the new curriculum reform in full swing,literacy based education advocates the teaching based on real complex situations;advocates autonomous cooperative inquiry learning;advocates the teaching process of teaching evaluation integrated with China,and ultimately realizes the learning of deep understanding.All of these put forward new topics and new challenges for classroom teaching management,and will also be my future research direction.
