The Youth Basketball Club is a learning and training institution that trains young basketball reserve talents,expands and develops basketball teams,and promotes the development of basketball.In addition,its activity time does not occupy students ’study time.The students have achieved both curriculum learning and interest development.They are greatly welcomed by students and parents.However,the development of existing club individuals is limited by factors such as investment,management model,teacher strength,and profitability.Its development mechanism and longevity directly affect the acquisition and mastery of basketball enthusiasts ’skills.In order to alleviate this phenomenon,the "AMU" training model was proposed,"AMU"(after-school management alliance,A-After school;M-Management operations;U-Union Alliance)Training model,which means that basketball clubs adopt an independent management,resource sharing,and overall consideration to form a large group of industrial chains with institutions,organizations,and culturThrough investigation and research,it was found that the problems existing in the basketball clubs of the eight primary and middle school students in Changsha City include: 1.The nature of the business or the category is relatively single,all of which are based on schools;2,the scale of the site is small,the lack of indoor and outdoor venues,the number of members is basically 8 to 12 people;3,the curriculum and class schedule did not make reasonable arrangements according to the actual situation of the students.The long training time from Monday to Friday is likely to cause "basketball skills to rise and academic performance to fall";4,the construction of teachers needs to be strengthened,the proportion of full-time coaches is uneven,and the teaching staff is unstable;5,the club operation needs a single and scarce source of funding,limiting the development of the club;6,the size of the club team participating in the event is limited,the type of competition each year is similar,the level is not high.e,so as to achieve mutual benefit and symbiosis and win-win cooperation.
