| School-based curriculum is based on the school,developed by the school funding,and corresponding to the national curriculum and local curriculum.It is an integral part of the basic education curriculum system.The school-based curriculum focuses on the development of people,meets the diverse needs of students,and reflects the school characteristics and local characteristics of resources.At the beginning of this century,China launched a new round of basic education curriculum reform around the cultivation of students’ innovative spirit,practical ability,scientific and humanistic quality and environmental protection awareness,giving local schools the right to independently develop school-based curriculum.Students’ living environment,experience,experience and personal knowledge are the basis of school-based curriculum development.Biology is closely related to the development of social economy and production and life,which is very suitable for the development of school-based experimental courses.Chaling County,Hunan Province,is rich in biological resources and has distinctive local characteristics.Many materials familiar to students can be integrated into biological experiments.The author of the practice of Yunyang middle school advocates the research and development of experimental school-based curriculum.Based on the investigation of the development and implementation of school-based curriculum of local biology experiment by literature survey,questionnaire and interview,this research selects the experimental materials with local characteristics and close to life,adapts,integrates and expands the national teaching materials appropriately,develops the school-based curriculum of junior high school biology experiment,and compiles 10 facts in interesting biology experiment There are 4experimental items for observation and 6 experimental items for production.The language is simple and easy to understand,and the layout is rich and interesting.It is hoped that through the implementation of school-based experimental courses,students’ interest and curiosity in learning will be fully aroused,their scientific spirit of diligent observation,courage to explore,courage to criticize and question will be cultivated,their ability of problem analysis,problem solving and innovative practice will be improved,and students will be able to establish a correct concept of life,develop a passion for local areas and nature,and comprehensively cultivate professional core quality.This study also designed and practiced two experimental projects of the school-based course "interesting biology experiment","single cell animal-Paramecium" and "the production of garlic in the three treasures of Chaling",which achieved the expected teachingobjectives and achieved good teaching results.In this study,it is considered that improving the awareness of curriculum development,strengthening the cooperation of curriculum development,enriching the content of curriculum development,facing the implementation of curriculum and improving the evaluation of curriculum are the key factors for the success of school-based curriculum development and practice.The development of school-based curriculum of biological experiment should highlight the principle of people-oriented and the core quality of the subject;combine the local characteristics and pay attention to the organic integration of practicality and interest;the experimental items can be arranged according to five categories:observation,exploration,production,investigation and design.It is hoped that this study can provide some help for the development and teaching practice of this experimental course in junior high school. |
