With the continuous development of the current economy and society,China has promulgated a series of policies that put forward higher requirements for the quality and specifications of talent training in universities.At the same time,employment units urgently need professionals with strong practical ability and relevant experience.School-enterprise cooperation,as an important way to cultivate college students' practical ability,has been paid more and more attention by the state and universities.Universities and enterprises cooperate with each other,and the "three-win" model of schools,enterprises and students for the purpose and targeted training of the talents needed by the society is more and more widely used in the process of talent training in universities.As a subject with strong practicality,educational technology is particularly important to strengthen the cultivation of students' practical ability.So,how to carry out school-enterprise cooperation to improve the practical ability of undergraduates in educational technology? What aspects of the practical ability of school-enterprise cooperation can cultivate the undergraduates of educational technology? This is a question to be explored by this study.This study first defines the concepts related to school-enterprise cooperation and the practical ability of undergraduates in educational technology,and divides the practical ability of undergraduates in educational technology into general practical ability and professional practice ability according to the structural characteristics of the practical ability and the professional characteristics of educational technology,and then use the literature research method to analyze and study the domestic and foreign research results on school-enterprise cooperation and the cultivation of college students' practical ability.In terms of theoretical basis,this study mainly selected constructivist learning theory,system theory,Dewey's "doing middle school" theory,and Wisconsin thought as the theoretical basis of this study.Subsequently,this study took X University as an example,explored four school-enterprise cooperation cases in the Department of Educational Information Technology of this school,and analyzed and studied six school-enterprise cooperation projects in the case,explored the process of undergraduate education technology participation in school-enterprise cooperation projects.Then,this study observed and interviewed 18 educational technology undergraduates,3 professional teachers and 3 enterprise personnel through the interview method and the participatory observation method in the qualitative research method,and combined with the physical collection method,it collected data related to research,and summarized the effect of school-enterprise cooperation on the cultivation of practical ability of undergraduates in educational technology.That is,school-enterprise cooperation can effectively cultivate the practical ability of undergraduates in educational technology,which can affect the general practical ability and professional practical ability of students,and then promote the improvement of the practical ability of undergraduates in educational technology.Finally,on the basis of analyzing the case of school-enterprise cooperation in the Department of Education and Information Technology of X University and the effect of training practical ability of undergraduates in education technology,this study summarizes four training paths for school-enterprise cooperation in education technology,namely: school-enterprise Co-construction of a studio,a modern apprenticeship project-led,school-enterprise joint construction of micro-curriculum resources,and entrepreneurship incubation provide a reference and reference talent training path for school-enterprise cooperation in training educational technology professionals.
