This paper studies the reasons: the needs of new curriculum standard,new curriculum theory,students' actual needs,teachers' actual needs.Research process: in order to better study this topic,I have read a lot of Chinese and foreign literature.As for the effectiveness of homework,the content mainly involves homework design,homework correction and evaluation,comment and correction,etc.;reading the characteristics of ethnic minority students in China,learning related literature;also specialized in the study of forgetting law,migration theory,neighborhood development theory,constructivism theory,Gardner multiple intelligence theory,humanism theory and other theories.This paper analyzes the sample questionnaire survey of Yao students in Shaoguan City,interviews with Yao teachers and Yao students,and interviews with high school mathematics teachers to obtain first-hand information.So as to grasp the characteristics of Yao students and lay the foundation for the research.Research conclusion: in the aspect of mathematics homework arrangement,we should not only pay attention to quantity,but also to quality.Homework selection should be stratified and diversified.According to the characteristics of the weak foundation of most Yao students,especially the questions that emphasize the foundation should be arranged.For the Yao students with medium foundation,we can also add the questions with medium difficulty.We should pay attention to the transfer of mathematics class.The arrangement of questions should reflect the variant questions of class questions.We should pay attention to multiple solutions and multiple solutions.In order to test the learning effect,weekly test and rolling test should be carried out once a week Dynamic training,a set of questions to do three times,sister problem training;mathematics homework grading and evaluation,grading methods are diversified,teacher grading,department representative grading,study group leader grading,students can grade each other,or students can grade by themselves,as many as possible.In terms of homework evaluation,the grading system should be changed into a hierarchical system,with timely praise and encouragement,exhibition of typical homework and exhibition of excellent homework,so as to enhance the interest and confidence in learning mathematics;in terms of mathematics homework evaluation and correction,we should talk about typical practices,excellent practices,wrong practices,and reasons for mistakes,not only how to do this problem,but also why to do that,Let studentsnot only know its nature,but also know its reason,and establish the system of wrong questions.
